Rixos Premium Seagate

The whole experience was amazing at the restaurant. The atmosphere , vibes and food was awesome specially the mix grill plate and keshek. I loved the rice pudding in the deserts it was wonderful. Definitely won’t be the last time.

We stayed at Rixos Seagate Sharm El Sheikh in June as a family of five. Overall, we had a good holiday, but for the price we paid, I expected a little more from a 5-star hotel. The positives: The hotel is clean, the gardens are beautifully maintained, and the staff are generally kind and helpful. The aqua park was a big hit with the children, with good slides and plenty of fun. We also appreciated the effort made by the management to help with our daughter’s dietary needs. My daughter has coeliac disease and cannot eat gluten. I emailed the hotel before arrival to explain her dietary restriction, and I was given a manager’s contact number. The team did try to accommodate her, which I appreciated. However, I felt the gluten-free options were very limited. For breakfast, there were pancakes that did not look properly cooked or eggs. For lunch and dinner, the choices were mainly pasta or pizza. There were no snacks, desserts or ice cream suitable for her. This was very disappointing, especially after making the hotel aware of her needs in advance. I would have expected a much better selection in a hotel of this standard. We stayed on the main side of the resort. Our room/bathroom was a little outdated and definitely needs a refresh. I was also not impressed with the drinks. The cocktails did not taste particularly good, and the coffee was another disappointment. Around the pool, there was no soya milk or other alternative milk available, so I really missed having a good coffee during the holiday. We visited three à la carte restaurants. The Brazilian was not to our taste, the Italian was excellent, and the BBQ was average. The booking system was an absolute disaster. Trying to book through the barcode was frustrating and created unnecessary stress during the holiday. This really needs to be improved. Another thing I noticed was that tipping seemed to make a big difference. If you wanted to be noticed and receive better service, you often felt the need to tip. In my opinion, this should not be necessary in a 5-star hotel, especially considering the price of the holiday. The evening entertainment was also not very interesting for us. There was dancing, shows and a DJ most evenings, but we did not find it particularly engaging. Overall: We had a good family holiday, and the children enjoyed the aqua park. The hotel has many positives, but I feel there are several areas that need improvement, especially the food, gluten-free options, drinks, booking system and room condition. For me, it does not quite deserve 5 stars, particularly at the price we paid.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely stunning hotel – Rixos Seagate, Egypt We booked Rixos Seagate in Sharm El Sheikh because it looked absolutely stunning on Instagram, and honestly, it did not fail to deliver! The hotel is absolutely beautiful — and massive! It has everything you could possibly want from a holiday. There are loads of pools to suit different preferences: a quiet pool, a pool with music, games and entertainment, and family-friendly areas too. The restaurants are amazing, with the BBQ and Italian restaurants being our favourites. There are also so many beautiful bars and places to eat throughout the resort, so you are never short of somewhere to relax and enjoy yourself. The beach is stunning, with a beautiful pier where you can go swimming and see all the amazing fish. 🐠 The aqua park was also great fun — the kids absolutely loved it! They had a brilliant time, especially around the music and games pool. Our room was lovely and was cleaned every day, which was great. ❤️ A special shout-out to the staff Most of the staff were absolutely amazing, and a few definitely stood out. I’ve included their photos because they genuinely deserve a huge shout-out. They went above and beyond to make us happy and comfortable, without ever expecting anything in return. The Lounge Bar was fantastic. The staff were brilliant, and we had a particular favourite who was so kind and friendly and never let our drinks go empty. 🍹 At the main pool with the music and games, we also had a favourite member of staff. He was incredibly friendly and was absolutely fantastic with the children. He really helped make our time around the pool even more enjoyable. ⚠️ The only negative For such an amazing stay, I only really have one complaint. Some members of staff could come across as a little rude, and on occasions we were left sitting for quite a while and had to ask for drinks. At the beach bar, there was one waiter in particular who came across quite heavily when we were trying to enjoy our drinks. We had literally only just started our first drink when he was already pushing us to leave a review for him. We are more than happy to leave reviews — especially when someone deserves one — but we feel reviews should be based on our experience and given when we feel ready, rather than being repeatedly asked. 🌴 Overall Apart from that, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend Rixos Seagate. It is a stunning resort with fantastic facilities, beautiful pools, amazing restaurants, a gorgeous beach and loads for both adults and children to enjoy. The staff members who really went above and beyond made such a difference to our holiday, and they deserve to be recognised. ❤️ Rixos Seagate — you really are an incredible resort, and we would love to return! 🇪🇬❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Seagate! The resort is beautiful, the food and service were great, and there was always something to enjoy. A special thank you to Mohamed from the pool bar, who was absolutely amazing! He was always friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and great service really made our days by the pool even more enjoyable. Thank you, Mohamed, and the Rixos team for a lovely holiday! We would definitely come back! ❤️

I had a wonderful experience at the reception. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
