Sunrise Remal Beach

We have just returned from a two week stay, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend, we will definitely return. Check in easy and food available on arrival. The hotel is lovely and the grounds are immaculate, so clean and looked after. Room was a good size, cleaned daily. Food was nice, always lots of choice, and nice alternative restaurants and snacks. Animation team brilliant, always trying to get everyone involved, special shout out to Simba and Mido, they were so friendly and great at their jobs. The pool bar staff are so friendly, bring drinks to your sunbed and work so hard all day keeping everyone happy, Alaa was amazing with all the guests. The lifeguards were all great, Abdul was so friendly always. Loved the little extras like glasses cleaning, snacks bought to the pool, cold mint spray when the weather is so hot. Mohamed who managed the slide as well as keeping the pool area clean and tidy and helping guests with sun beds and towels is an absolute asset to the team, always has a big smile and time for a chat. Main bar staff, restaurant staff, reception staff, cleaners all so friendly and helpful. Daytime activities good as well as the evening shows, pool parties, and you can go out of the hotel to the carnival with the animation team. Free bus down to the beach where you can go snorkeling and use the other hotel. No problem getting a sun bed first thing in the morning. Big pool towels can be changed daily. Mini fridge filled with fizzy drink when you arrive, then daily water. Relaxing and loved every minute of the holiday.

I travelled here with my family of 5 on the 28th July 2026 for a fortnight, and I have to admit this was our best holiday yet. We first arrived at our rooms and they were spacious and comfortable. Every day they were cleaned by a wonderful cleaner, Sedeek, who was always so precise, we always had toilet paper and new towels. He always also made towel creatures for us to enjoy. He was always smiling and very friendly. Next, the food was absolutely unbelievable. There’s something for everyone. My absolute favourite was the pizza and pasta and the chefs who cooked them. There were always lots of themed nights with food from different cultures and you could even book food at another restaurant in the hotel instead of eating at the buffet. The servers on the buffet were also amazing, always catering to our needs and giving us drinks. The pool was just unforgettable. There were sunbeds, and even if you couldn’t find a vacant one, the staff would make sure you would get one. Every single day, there were amazing water experiences such as the aqua gym and aqua zumba by Mido. The music really added to the atmosphere. There were 3 amazing slides which were honestly so fun, for all ages. There was an amazing bar by the pool where they served ice cream and drinks. All the staff there were so friendly. Now, we’ve been to a few all inclusives, however the entertainment there, it was mediocre. But the entertainment here was unbelievable. There was a show every night, there were mini discos, pizza parties, kids club and the entertainers even danced for us. Every single one of them were unbelievable and so friendly, encouraging and hardworking. They all really make you feel part of the family. We want to especially thank, Turky, Federico (Fefe), Iily, Mido, Zu, Simba, Sara and everyone we forgot to say. Also Muhammed in the red cap and white shirt on the slides. Shebi, special thanks to you, you made everything possible for us. We really recommend this hotel, the price is so reasonable and the experience is unforgettable.

Excellent hotel!! From the ground staff to the management, they're really helpful, polite and give first class service. The food is one of the best I've had in Egypt. The entertainment team are really good. The staff who sort your towels, Ahmed, Mohamed and amir are so friendly and funny. Great and friendly atmosphere, the value what we paid was good too and the rooms were always nice and clean. Close to Soho Square too. Rooms are nice and quiet at night so you definitely get a good sleep as well. The bar staff at the pool where very friendly and always made sure your drink was perfect. Restaurants were brilliant with plenty to choose from.

From the moment we arrived, the service was great. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to Shebi who was always on hand to help with our requests. The wine, drinks and cocktails were great, always fresh, expertly made, and the perfect way to relax. A massive thank you to Mr Ahmed Hosny, who looked after us so well throughout our stay. He was attentive, professional, and always made us feel like valued guests. Big shout out to Mohammed and Alaa at the pool bar, always smiling and making amazing cocktails from morning until evening. Plus, the pool guys adding to the great daily experience, always helping with sunbeds, cleaning sunglasses, and spraying cold lemon water to cool you down. A huge thank you to Ehad in the lobby bar, always making the perfect G&T and finding a table for us in the evenings. There are just too many staff to mention, but a final thank you goes to Chef Goda and Mohammed in the main restaurant who provided first-class hospitality. The only downside was Sara from Guest Relations, who was unresponsive and lacked professionalism in customer service. Overall, the combination of exceptional staff, great drinks, and a nice resort made this a holiday to remember.

Good holiday. Close to airport and soho square which is also a bonus. The Pool was nice and 90% of the time we managed to get a sunbed early on. If you can’t find one in the morning, wait for lunch to start around 1pm and a lot of people leave. Room was big, plenty of storage but as usual a lack of coat hangers. the room was quiet and conveniently located. One thing though, there was no lifts or ramps to carry suitcases up the stairs. The only real downer on the holiday was our Bathroom, the shower mat was mouldy/black so none of us bathed, only showered and avoided the mat. Also the bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied! Had the previous visitors sanitary items in there! Other than that it was ok. The food was 50/50. The pizzas and burger by the pool were nice and my son lived on them as he struggled to find food at breakfast and dinner, as did I and I am not a fussy eater. At the buffet nothing seemed to be hot and was all very repetitive. I personally would have liked the cheese slices at breakfast to be available at lunch and dinner and the salad selection to be a bit bigger. The buffet can be a bit chaotic so wish we booked more à la carte restaurants (left it too late) to avoid the stampede. The Indian and Mediterranean à la carte were nice. They surprised us with a cake for our honeymoon in the Indian and another cake for our son’s birthday in the Mediterranean and sang to him. Both were lovely cakes and good atmosphere and staff. Staff - John at the inside bar was by far one of the best staff members. Consistently refilling our drink and brining over some snacks. I rarely had to go to the bar as John was on it! We all liked Alaa and Mohamed in the pool bar too and Also Ehab at the inside bar who always acknowledged my son first, taking his order and putting his drink down firsts which was nice as sometimes kids can be overlooked. Ehab was always smiling. Drinks were good.. Had gin and tonics and added some mint and they were really refreshing. The beer is ok. Pina coladas and espresso martinis are nice and white wine was ok too. My son always had sprite and partner has some vodka and orange juices which he enjoyed. I think I would return to this hotel but my partner said he wouldn’t due to the food but this is his personal preference.
