Sunrise Remal Beach

Hotel very clean and staff are amazing especially Shebi and Alla but to be honest all of the staff we fabulous and couldn’t do enough to help from the pool/towel guys to the bar and restaurant staff and the chefs. This is the second time at this hotel for us and we took out granddaughter this time and she absolutely loved every minute of it and was treated like a princess. Thanks to everyone at the Sunrise Remal and we will see you all again as soon as possible ❤️

Shebl and Mr Ibrahim were very accommodating for our experience. Shebl is very helpful whenever we needed him. The room was kept clean.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and amazing staff so friendly shebi is an absolute diamond nothing is a problem for him as soon as the staff see you they ask if there's anything they can do for you this is our 3rd time here and we will definitely be returning

The hotel is lovely, just perfect for us with a very large and heated pool. There were always plenty of sunbeds and they were very comfortable. The staff and service everywhere were excellent and the food and beverages were spot on. I liked the compact manner of the outside area and the spacious rooms with lovely balcony and views. Nothing was too much trouble.

Me and my family had unforgettable stay in the hotel "Sunrise Remal resourt". We would like to thank all the workers who kept the atmosphere positive and welcoming. Below in the list are those, whose names I would like to highlight: Lobby bar best team: Moaz, Bassam, Mohammed, Ibrahim, Moustafa, and others - for their fast work always accompanied with a smile. We had our drinks ready in a few seconds, whatever we wanted was always available. Beach bar: thanks to always friendly Moustafa Khaled - for making our time on the beach truly pleasant, with his positive mood and good sense of humour. He made beautiful cocktails and other drinks individually served before we even raised our hands to ask him. Shisha service with Mohamed Etaf was also at our convenience. Pool place: especially enjoyable was the daily offer of cold drinks and chocolate by the kitchen staff. Intensive morning stretching under Misha's command and aquagym time with artiststic and funny Shika was a good addition to the pool time! Main restaurant service: gratitude to dear kind and always ready to help with drinks Mohamed el Manyawi, Adel, Allam-the charming pie-maker, and all the rest of the team, who helped with any request or question, who offered a great variety of dishes and never kept us hungry. Taxi service took us to the Soho in good and clean car, being sharp in time to both directions. Concierge service with charming Mostafa assisted us with any issue. As for the entertainment, we truly enjoyed musical performances after dinner in lobby bar. Evening dance shows with international artists were spectacular and of high professionalism! Additionally: The alcohol in the hotel is of high quality. The entrance to the sea is comfortably equipped with safe stairs, which made the snorkeling experience even greater. Overall, we had a great experience, created by the whole hotel team, and we cannot thank you all enough. We appreciate being welcomed so kind-heartedly, and of course, we will recommend this venue to our friends. And definitely, we'll come back one day.
