⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Holiday at Coral Sea We have just returned from an amazing holiday at Coral Sea, and honestly, the staff made this trip even more special. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, happy and always smiling. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for them. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was fantastic, and the drinks were perfect. The spa team were absolutely unbelievable — so professional, friendly and attentive. A special mention also goes to all the wonderful staff, especially Mohammed, Ahmed and so many others. There were honestly so many amazing people that it is difficult to name everyone! One moment in particular really touched us. Unfortunately, I became unwell during our holiday and went to the restaurant looking for some ginger tea. Mr Jaber was actually having his dinner because he was on his break, but when he saw me, he immediately came over and asked if I needed anything. I explained that I wasn’t feeling well, and he simply told me to wait there. He went completely out of his way while he was on his break, went to the kitchen and brought me a bowl of freshly cut lime and honey so I could make myself a drink in my room. What made it even more special was that the following day, when he saw me again, he remembered me and asked if I was feeling better. That level of genuine care and kindness really says everything about the people working at this hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. Their smiles, kindness and willingness to help made such a difference and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team at Coral Sea for looking after us so well. You should all be incredibly proud of yourselves. ❤️ We absolutely loved our holiday and we will definitely be coming back very soon! 🌴☀️❤️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hi. Just came back from an excellent holiday at the hotel with my family, two boys 17 and 10 years old. We stayed in the family suite and wowsers, that room was massive and it was so nice. We had a separate bedroom and then there was a massive lounge with two pullout sofas that was used as beds for my sons. There was also a kitchen and separate toilets. Also had two terraces and one of the terraces also had a hot tub which we did use. I will say that the hotel experience is 99.9% positive. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and the sea was a brilliant place for snorkelling. We saw eels, Lion fish and stingrays. My .1% of negativity was that we got a bit bored with the food in the buffet, and too be honest it wasn’t that bad, but we did get bored of it. We went to Marhaba restaurant for a meal and that was really nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel, we had an absolute blast. Thanks to TUI and all the staff in the hotel. We usually stay at The Rixos Sharm el Sheikh every year but this year it was nearly £1000 more expensive. Ive heard alot of people rave about how amazing this resort is so when I found a good deal I thought I'd see what all the fuss was about. Plus I've never stayed at a Sensatori resort so I had high hopes and was looking forward to seeing what would be on offer. Can't believe in a Sensatori Hotel that you have to pay for the I'd say more premium Al a Carte restaurants and room service! (3 are free the food was lovely - but some portions were small - my husband ordered wedges and there were only 2 of them 🤣). The drinks situation needs addressing, the cocktails were not great, watered down and not much taste....again you have to pay for the 'premium' cocktails. Soft drinks served out of bottles and that led to them being really flat...no fizz at all. At the main buffet restaurant the food was lovely, great choice, always hot and the staff from waiters to chefs work incredibly hard. Special thankyous to Khaled, Mamouhd, Ibrahim, Nadia and Mariz! The drinks service in the restaurants are hit and miss. Our orders would either be wrong or not turn up at all. I understand staff are fully stretched and it cant be helped. The pools were lovely but incredibly packed...no loungers free passed 8.30 am at any of the pools and always the same people leaving them for hours and not lying on them. Not what you want really when you pay to chill or you fancy a lie in. Luckily we stayed at the adults only section and sunbathed on the terrace. But to use the pool we had to come down from our room and put our towels on the floor, have a dip , dry off and go back upstairs! Plenty of beds by the adults only beach which was lovely, again people saving beds at both the pool and the beach at the same time! Suprised there are no fridges for you to help yourself to water and soft drinks around the resort..this means you have to wait to be served by a staff member which again is hit and miss. Also would have been nice to have had access to an ice cream stand during the day seeing as this is a 5 star resort maybe more than fruit lollies could be offered. We loved Thea's coffee shop, a great addition, always busy and served a late continental breakfast. Its shows the football matches too. As I said above we stayed in the adults only section with a terrace. The view from there was amazing! I loved the terrace...the room was clean, nice big bed, TV tea and coffee (no milk so had to get some from the restaurant in a take out cup). Plenty of storage space. Towels were fluffy however stained, as were the bed sheets and the flannels in the bathroom. Also in the minibar we only had 1 can of cola, 1 cola zero 1 sprite, 1 beer and 1 juice and 2 bottles of water for 2 of us (that was gone in a couple of hours as we sunbathed on the terrace) especially as house keeping sometimes wasn't completed til after 4pm so we had no drinks at some points of the day/evening. Also in 45 degrees heat it just wasnt good enough. Entertainment wise we walked in 'TheVenue' stayed 10 minutes and walked back out. It was ok (very much like butlins) but not for us. Lots of musicians around to listen to in different areas. The evenings are quite a relaxed affair away from the Venue which we liked. The resorts grounds are spotless, the gardeners and cleaning staff are a credit! As are all the staff for that matter, who work hard in major heat, they are polite and kind also. Its says that you can request to extend your room 24 hrs before you leave....50 euro til 3pm and 70 euro til 6pm, we asked to do this but we were refused. We noticed that returning guests( they wear dark blue bands) could keep them which I feel is unfair! Instead we had courtesy room for 30 mins. We did have a good time here but I think I was expecting more of the 'wow' factor seeing as its a flagship Tui Sensatori resort with a big reputation. Alot of people have said its the best resort they've ever stayed in and to that I would say...broaden your horizons! Yes grounds are lovely, yes the staff are amazing but there are far more superior hotels in Sharm and Egypt that you dont have to pay for extras once you are in resort. This review is NOT a reflection of the staff or the resort itself, more of the standard of a TUI Sensatori and how it compares to other resorts such as The Rixos.

We have been 3 times now in 2 years and have already booked for the beginning of jan27. Absolutely love it, I would bring your own drink cup as there plastic glasses are not to be desired,also I think the coffee shop should open earlier in the morning,apart from that I can’t fault it and am looking forward to returning

Everything was great, but wanted to mention Mahmoud in the gym specifically. He had great knowledge of techniques and form which enabled everyone in the gym to lift safely. He also kept the gym clean and tidy which made life easier for everyone, we found he was extremely friendly which made the gym a great environment to be in.
