Fabulous relaxing holiday . Staff all friendly . Rooms spacious with cleaning staff keeping on top of cleanliness and supplying the mini fridge and towels . Very happy with food and restaurants always something to eat if a fussy eater .Lots of new tastes and flavours to try . Great vale for money . Hidden gem the coffee house with Omar who runs it and Romero the cat who allows customers to enter his domain and entertain him with strokes .

An honest review but of course, just our opinions... The good bits: Food is great - lots of choice and great for veggie/vegan with about 12 different salads with a wide variety of ingredients including chickpeas, feta, couscous etc. All good on the food front. Vegan not as much choice but still pretty good for AI. Special thanks to the restaurant manager for all his help! Really good service, thank you. Hotel: clean and tidy with plenty of room for everyone. Rooms are quite good too. Towels are soft and plump, housekeeping always helpful and thorough. Staff: All excellent, special thanks to Karim and Misho- we left you a thank you card! Some great Pickleball sessions!! Service: excellent. Animation team: Pietre - thanks for the lovley singing and French Boules. Junior, it's been a pleasure love!! The not so good bits: Drinks: not so good; you have to pick around them but we found passion fruit mojito and rum and coke ok but the wine was awful. Beer and sparking wine is OK. However, you can only get sparking wine from one bar after 6pm? No idea why... Pools: I witnessed a grown man ring a flannel out in the swimming pool, wipe his face then washing it back out in the pool!!!! Needless to say, i never went in the pool again... Tui trips to the city are expensive and you can catch a bus outside hotel for a couple of euro so don't waste your time/money on trips. Sea/Beach - the sea itself is hard to walk in especially for the very young ones; it's full of coral/rocks but once you get out in it the snorkling is amazing. Tips: Take beach shoes or you won't be going in the sea. Buy local Antinal in case you get a tummy bug from Omar and Omar. Buy OFF - for mosquito from local chemist as above. All in all, a great holiday with some tasty food and great Pickleball!!

We're very particular about what we like and i always write fair honest reviews, so ignore negative comments about this hotel as it's a fantastic place to stay. Where do I start. The approach and overall look is spectacular and clean. On arrival reception staff were quick and helpful for check-in and suitcases taken to the room by the bell boys. Always plenty of sunbeds around the main pool even after lunch and if you ask lifeguard Ahamed he's always happy to help and works very hard. He's out at 7am on his knee's scrubbing the pool edge and still there at 9pm cleaning the water. General cleanliness is faultless and you won't find litter or even a dirty table or window anywhere. The main pool was cold at the start of May but it did get warmer. My only personal opinion is that the quiet chill out pool is a little too quiet and could do with some light background music. The beach is clean and the shallow water (knee height) is accessible from the beach if you follow the light blue patches and perhaps wear beach shoes for the odd rock. Fish can be seen in the shallow waters or for other swimmers you can walk up the hotel jetty and step off the metal steps into the deeper water to see the corals and colourful fish. Food was good with plenty of choice even for the fussy eaters. Our waiter's at lunchtime and evening (outside) was Sayed and Hussain who really did go that extra mile to look after us. For a small tip (our choice) they kept supplying us with drinks and made our mealtimes enjoyable and special. The only thing I did find with the food was it had either alot of fish or chicken/meats on separate night's and they could of mixed it up to vary the choice of meats to cater for different tastes. Beach bar was nice along with the pool bar with plenty of drink choices and El Sayed was always on hand with a “high five” and a smile as he served us. I could go on but in short you have a clean hotel with friendly helpful staff and plenty of bar's and restaurants to choose from.  The entertainment staff work hard and put on nightly shows as well as daytime activities and we would definitely come back here again.

A great hotel to go to the staff is what done it for me and make sure to go down to the coffee shop and visit Omar and pharaoh the cat. One off the nicest people I’ve ever met.

We loved our holiday here. The whole experience was amazing. Great hotel, great facilities, wonderful staff, especially the ones in the photo attached, good choice of food. We have just booked to go back in October. Couple of tips : WIFI was excellent so calling home using WhatsApp worked well. Tipping in English notes / pound coins / Euros is perfectly acceptable. Would highly recommend
