TUI MAGIC LIFE Redsina Sharm El Sheikh

Arrived home yesterday and absolutely gutted to be home. We came as two families 4 adults and 5 kids. We arrived at the hotel late , was able to get some food before being taken to our rooms. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Beds very comfy. 6 free cans and bottles of water, tea and coffee facilities with a mini fridge which was payable. Bathrobes, slippers, toiletries all included. We had a problem with the shower on the first night which flooded but was quickly sorted out. The following night we had a problem with the curtains in our room which had fell down, we were offered another room but declined as we don’t spend much time in there only to get shower, change and sleep.and couldn’t be bothered to move. We were given laundry service and late check out to compensate . The room manager couldn’t be more apologetic. Our room was in a great position, near the main pool and amenities. A little walk to the slides but not bad. The pools are clean as is the whole hotel. The cleaning staff are fantastic. Slides were a hit with the kids with a smaller pool close by under a canopy which was great for my daughter to cool off in the heat. Could always get beds. Yes some had been taken with towels but we could never not find some. The sea is crystal clear, and your able to go off the jetty when the yellow flag is out for some snorkelling, you will need beach shoes to go in to the shallow. There is a life guard at the jetty as very deap there. My husband and boys went snorkelling while myself and my daughter stayed in the shallow and saw lots of fish. We took our own snorkels etc but they can be bought in the shop or across the road. The food is great ,lots of choices . We especially enjoyed the Egyptian. The green curry at lunch was also a hit with table service. Certainly don’t get how people say there is little choice on previous comments, The drinks are good , especially the iced coffees and the cocktails. The staff work very hard. Filo and the bar staff in the pool bar are fantastic, all the staff are. Always happy. There are selection of shops in the hotel, but you can walk across the road and find some bargains. We ate out a couple of times and did a couple of trips which were excellent. We didnt arrange those through the hotel although offered we went with another company. They’re not pushy in the hotel like we’ve found at others. Compared to other all inclusive we’ve stayed at this is a real find over all. Would definitely return again.

Im very happy, and grateful. I really look forward to returning to this hotel. The entertainment team made my holiday extra special and the fitness classes are incredible. The evening parties are always fun. This hotel was a beautiful experience.

The location is absolutely perfect for those who wants to bathe in the sun. From the room, to food, to service and entertainment, it was nothing less of perfect. The dance shows are always spectacular, the fitness classes are catered for anyone who's both active and non-active. The evening program holds a different element of fun each day. Looking forward to coming back to this club All the best to the animation teams.
