Good Entertainment, but Not that Clean. Staff will either try to fulfill your every Wish, but can get a bit weird towards women and can get rude

My experience was wonderful, I had a fantastic time and a lot of fun. The service from everyone there is superb, the entertainment team is top-notch, keeping us busy all day with activities. Thank you for a great holiday in Sharm el-Sheikh!

Stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it. Hotel was amazing, entertainment team we very good the kids loved it.

The hotel is absolutely lovely extremely clean and the grounds are amazing it also has 1 of the best reefs along the pier i have ever snorkled in. The rooms are fairly small we were in a family room with the sliding partition zero plug sockets in the partition room,very few plugs in main room also hardly any storage for clothes,room boy was absolutely amazing room kept very clean. Sunbeds are a huge issue tip the pool boy and you'll keep your lounger for your entire stay and saves getting up at 5 to reserve it lol,they all have fixed wooden parasols which is a complete nightmare and they're packed in like sardines. The food is beyond a joke it's virtually the same from day 1 now im not a fussy eater but we struggled to find something nice to eat on a daily basis. Huge ques at the bars staff were hit and miss if you ever got served at your table and I am used to being served at my table even though we did tip bar staff still very rarely dis we get table service and we have always received this in Sharm. Would I recommend this hotel not a chance apart from the reef.
