Green curry restaurant very good portion good taste was great Main restaurant loads of choice and great staff

This is the first 5 star hotel I have stayed at and all 4 stars I have stayed at were better. The food is the same every day and very bland. There are no drinks menus so you have to guess/ask what’s available. The aqua park snack bar is good but a long trek from the main pool. If at the main pool or beach you will need to walk to the green curry restaurant which is a sit down service. We waited half an hour one day and gave up. Pool bar always has a long queue for drinks. The gym had no air con. Tv in room but no channels. There is inadequate shade, umbrellas with slats to burn you through? See photos. People were putting sunbeds against walls. Our suitcases were left unattended outside for the 8 hours after check out until pick up. Every other hotel I have stayed at had luggage rooms. If we wanted to retrieve items we had to open the suitcases in the boiling sun with no privacy. There were several pick up taxis and the coach when we were picked up. The rep escorted us from reception to the coach. Having not stayed at a 5 star or had my bags left outside before. I assumed the rep escorting us meant our suitcases were being put on the coach but no they were left behind and after the coach driver called the hotel they basically had a go at me and said I should have known. Then they said this happens all the time! I had to pay for a taxi to bring them to the airport narrowly missing the gate closing. The only amazing things about this place is the jetty and the coral which I can not fault. There are others hotels with private beaches and coral however.

Nice hotel, decent facilities. Great weather. Staff were nice. Food and food hygiene was the problem for me. I get there is a degree of risk in an AI resort where kids pick at the food having not washed their hands but I bit in to cold, wet fried fish and chicken that was 50 degC when it should be 63 degC when held at temperature for guests to choose and eat. Also, I witnessed the omelette chef drop his spatula and pick it up off the floor and keep using it. No wonder I became ill. In fairness the hotel did pick up my tab with the resort doctor. Wonder why? Buyer beware.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere made the whole stay really enjoyable. A special mention goes to the entertainment team. They were energetic, friendly, and always doing their best to make guests feel involved and have a great time. There were plenty of fun activities throughout the day, and the evening entertainment was also really enjoyable. I especially want to mention Nina from the animation team. She was absolutely lovely, always smiling, friendly, and full of positive energy. She made the activities even more fun and was great at making everyone feel welcome. Nina really stood out and was one of the highlights of my stay. Thank you to the whole team for making my holiday so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back again! ❤️
