Amirandes - A Grecotel Resort to Live

First things first: Amirandes is a beautiful, vast resort, with a huge main pool, beautifully maintained grounds, and an excellent beach area that is clearly very well looked after. But what really deserves special mention is the staff — 20/10! ⭐️ Everyone we met was genuinely polite, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to help. From the front desk manager and reception team to the staff at the main restaurant, the level of service was exceptional. A special mention to Areti at the kids’ club, who was absolutely amazing! The reason for my previous review was the room we were initially checked into. My main concern was about a few faults and maintenance issues that, in my opinion, should not have appeared in a hotel of this class. We reported everything to reception, and the front desk manager, Mrs. Fotiou (I hope I have the name right!), very kindly listened to our feedback and took immediate action. We were subsequently upgraded to a wonderful room, which completely changed our experience. And this is exactly why I wanted to update my review: the way a hotel responds to feedback is just as important as the initial issue itself. The team at Amirandes understood our concerns, took them seriously, and did their very best to accommodate us. That deserves recognition. So, rather than only showing photos of the things that disappointed us initially, I’m also sharing photos of our new room and the positive side of our experience. Thank you to the Amirandes team for listening, responding, and making things right. ❤️ A beautiful resort, fantastic staff, and — most importantly — a team that genuinely cares about its guests.

The daily sports schedule kept us active and energized. We loved the morning yoga and the high-intensity beach volleyball.The instructor Costa was incredibly motivating and professional. Aquatic gymnastics it’s in very high level and we even recorded it so we let our instructors at home have a look ! We loved the place and the sports cause they kept us busy those windy days that we could not swim.Thank you team !

I booked the hotel in August with my girlfriend. Looking back, I can say that it was great — especially the sports activities run by the couple Costas and Niki. Every day there are different activities, such as paddleboarding, table tennis, and yoga (even yoga on a SUP). My girlfriend and I were thrilled with the offer, but above all with the service the two of them provided. It was fun the whole time. The hotel itself is also good and pleasant.

Fantastic holiday experience and service

Great hotel. Staff really friendly and helpful. Selection of sports was excellent and brilliantly run by Kostas and Stass who make everyone feel welcome and make it so enjoyable.
