We stayed here for 10 nights. We paid for sliding door in the room because we wanted. to be little bit separate from children. The room was located little bit far from miniclub, but near to the one of the pool. The room was really old, in the bath was faucet with taps and sometimes it was hard to mix watter, especially for the kids. The room was cleaned every day, alao changing towels. On the beach there is a sand under sunbeds and umbrellas, but when you are entering to the sea there are many many stones from tiny gravel to the bigger stones and aometime was also hard to step out from the sea. In the sea is along coast rock in the bottom, somewhere bigger, somewhere smaller, but it disturb us everytime we went swimming. Nobody didn't tell us about it before we paid for vacation. The kitchen was really great, fishesz meat, vegetavlea, fruit, sweets, ice creams.... In the lobby bar and also beach club we have to often wait for drinks and sometimes it was bothering. The stuff was kind but I thing also tired of walking up and down for serving clients Because of strong wind we couldn't bath and swim in the sea for 4 days, but in the hotel are 3 pools and watterpark, so it was good, but you have to come eaelier if you want to catch umbrella with sunbeds. In hotel is also mini club for kids and teenagers full of variety program. We were dissapointed of the sea and stones, we prefer smooth and easy entrance to the sea and old room - bathroom. We were satisfied with food, pools, staff and miniclub.

Right on the beach, close to a promenade. Easy available bus to the town center. Personal not really friendly, without emotions, sometimes rude. Animation team does a good job. Thanks to the animator Tereza which always made good fun and made our holiday. The food is mostly average, it could be more tasty food in a five star hotel. Pool is ok, but no chance to get a sun bed because all are reserved - the hotel doesn’t fight against sunbed reservations. You can’t order drinks without sunbed because you need a qr code assigned to the umbrella. Waiters ignore you by the pool when you try to place an order. Drinks in lobby bar are ok. Drinks by the pool are horrible - just throw them to the bin. Very limited drinks offer in the restaurant. Rooms are clean. Bed and pillow comfortable.

We spent a week in August there as a family of four (kids aged 7 and 8 years). Overall, we were satisfied despite some minor inconveniences. The hotel feels more 4-star than 5-star. We were accommodated in what seemed to be the most remote room on the campus, so we had to spend a lot of time walking to the restaurant, swimming pools, etc. every day. The room was generally clean and cleaned every day, but the walls felt thin and were not well insulated against noise from other rooms. For example, on the first day we were awakened during the night by noises from our neighbors, apparently packing to leave; on other days, we were disturbed by other neighbors moving furniture in their room. The dining experience and food were average. Sometimes we had to wait in a queue to get a table (I prefer hotels where you can find a table yourself rather than hotels like this one, where you need to wait for a waiter to seat you); having to tell staff our room number at every occasion (at restaurants and snack bars) felt unnecessary (I would prefer to wear an ID bracelet instead). What was definitely 5-star was the kids' club, the Kri Kri Club. The club is located in a dedicated and spacious area, with its own kitchen. There are several language groups, each with its own caretakers. Usually, we do not place our kids in these clubs. But we were approached by the Czech caretakers (Dory and Oli from Mango & Funtasia Club) during lunch, so we decided to give it a try. Our kids absolutely loved the experience and kept returning to the club regularly. Every day, there was a new activity (board games, pool games, arts, sports, drama, etc.), and the kids received plenty of gifts from the club (bags, playing cards, water bottles, etc.). Each night, there was a disco for kids and then some performing artist (a magician, a mime, etc.). Under the supervision of the caretakers, all the kids even rehearsed for a theatre play (The Selfish Giant by Oscar Wilde), which they performed for everyone on Friday. If we were to consider returning to this hotel, the kids' club would probably be the biggest factor in favor of going there.
