Castello Village Resort

I couldn't describe it any better. Truly wonderful. It is our last day here, We came to Castello Resort Village for 10 days. Everything was perfect. The food and service were excellent. We met the manager Ervis, who did everything to provide excellent service. We were also lucky enough to meet Christopher a great administrator there, He was very polite and a true gentleman. We will definitely be back. We recommend it without a doubt!

Advantage - room with sea view(sunbed), daily cleaning, breakfast. Disadvantage - AC did not work properly, the room could not be ventilated, there was no window in the bathroom, no mosquito net, I could not see anything on the TV (about 702), small room, 3rd bed - folding bed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Castello Village Resort in Sissi, Crete, has been absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The resort itself is beautifully positioned close to the sea, offering stunning views and some of the most breathtaking sunsets we've ever experienced. The grounds are immaculate, the bars are always clean and well stocked, and the entire resort is maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The buffet restaurant offers an excellent choice of food, with a wonderful selection of local Cretan produce alongside freshly prepared dishes that were consistently delicious. There was something for everyone, and the quality and flavour of the food exceeded our expectations. The wine selection was also excellent, complementing the meals perfectly and adding to the overall dining experience. What truly made this holiday so special, however, was the incredible staff. They are a credit to the resort, always friendly, professional and genuinely happy to help. One person deserves a very special mention: Sevi Mpixa. From the very first evening, Sevi made us feel genuinely welcome. She has an amazing ability to make every guest feel valued and appreciated. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and she somehow remembered our favourite drinks without us even having to ask. It's these thoughtful personal touches that transform a great holiday into an unforgettable one. It became a real pleasure to see Sevi each evening. She greeted everyone with a warm smile, endless energy and genuine kindness, creating an atmosphere that made us look forward to returning to the bar every night. Staff like Sevi are rare, and Castello Village Resort is incredibly fortunate to have someone who represents such outstanding hospitality. Thank you to everyone at Castello Village Resort for giving us such a memorable holiday. We leave with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with beautiful surroundings, excellent food, an excellent choice of wines, and truly exceptional service. We very much hope to return in the future.

Very bad conditions. The rooms were not very clean, the personal was not very professional, beds and pillows so unconfortable. I would not come back. So far from being a 4 stars resort.

I stayed at Castello Village Resort while attending a conference and had a great experience throughout. A special mention to Elvis at the restaurant — friendly, welcoming, polite and genuinely accommodating, which made dining solo a real pleasure. All the staff were just as warm and helpful. Live entertainment most days and nights gave the place a relaxed, sociable atmosphere, and the pool and oceanfront seating area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. A brilliant resort with brilliant people. Highly recommend.
