Esperides Resort Crete

This is the third time that we have come back to Esperides and it is such a lovely place. Staff and rooms are excellent as always. This time around we used the spa and both had treatments. They were excellent and the staff are so friendly. A very relaxing time was had! We will definitely be coming back again!

We had high hopes and were met with and amazing welcome in reception, the wow factor ended there, it’s a nice hotel in a great location but definitely not 5*, the food is nice but again not 5*, pool with the swim up bar has kids throwing balls about which I got hit with numerous times and saw other people get hit, the parents fault for not telling them to stop but maybe no balls would be better. The adult only pool has kids in it from time to time and the staff at the bar there don’t say anything, would have been nice for them to advise the parents it’s adults only. The room was nice but the wardrobe was only a half length one so I couldn’t hang my long dresses up, cleaned daily and a bottle of water each every day was nice, you could help yourselves to pool towels which was good, we had a lovely stay but wouldn’t bother coming back to this hotel, I found the bar staff miserable and not very engaging, it’s was like they couldn’t be bothered being there which is off putting on holiday and the swim up bar was grubby and full of clutter I would say it’s more a 3/4* but location wise it’s perfect with a great bakery next door

A wonderful experience! The staff was polite and friendly, always ready to help with a smile! The restaurant’s cuisine was amazing! I was truly impressed by the quality and flavor of the Asian cuisine we enjoyed that evening!

We stayed in the Signature Adult Only Complex. Had the most relaxing time, with our own plunge pool and sunbeds. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Shout outs to Antonis in the restaurant, Entri the bar manager and Orgito, the head chef and DJ fragoulis who all contributed to our fantastic holiday experience. We couldnt fault the food, atmosphere or facilities. It felt like luxury from start to finish. The spa run by Michelle was a great extra where I had the best deep tissue massages. No fighting or reserving of sunbeds as there were ample. The resort offered fab transport to the beach and there are some great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The resort was spotlessly clean. I cannot rate it highly enough.

The whole experience was 5 star from start to finish. The staff were amazing, the ambiance you could not buy anywhere and the food was that good you would not want to leave the place. The facilities were above and beyond.
