A beautiful resort in an amazing location and very friendly staff. The only down side was the room didn’t have enough storage…; only one wardrobe to share between 2 (or even 3 in the room, as our room had a sofa bed), the wardrobe had no long hanging space and just 2 tiny drawers that didn’t open properly because the hit the door which was too close to the wall. There is no chest of drawers and the bedside tables have no draws either. Great bathroom but if you have long or thick hair beware, it will take an age to dry your hair. The hairdryer is tiny, it’s attached to the bathroom wall, only has 1 heat setting, 1 speed setting and keeps cutting out. I asked for it to be replaced and they did, very quickly, with exactly the same hairdryer that kept cutting out. How can 5 star hotels fit these ridiculous hairdryers in their rooms… it’s not a 5 star experience. The adult, quiet pool is lovely and peaceful but some background music would be nice and relaxing. I’m recovering from shoulder surgery so needed help getting in and out with the steep steps. Our room was upgraded to one with a plunge pool but again the steps were steep to get in and out. And we had an inland view of a brick wall, the back of the bar, some walkways where people could look over at us and a narrow walkway to get to the cabana… so we won’t be asking for that room again. The main pool, although noisy, was preferable with walk-in steps to get in/out. All that said the resort was beautiful, well looked after, staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, food was lovely and the location just 50-150m from the bars, restaurants and shops of Koutouloufari. I will stay there again.

This hotel is a gem We went as a couple came back 3 days ago we stayed in one of the suites with a jacuzzi it was a Delightful room spacious awesome terrace and a sea view Our room was easy to access both pools and restaurants The staff are delightful a special shout to entre and gerta our cleaner the room was immaculate and entre was a delight and attentive he even recommended a fabulous restaurant in piscapiano gorgeous I only want to criticise some of the food on an evening was quite bland and sometimes unimaginative yes the salads were fab though Also as a 5 star hotel I do feel the pools needed more policing for the sunbed grabbers ! Towels on sunbeds left on for 3/4 hours from very early morning reminds of a Benidorm hotel not a 5 stars However that was my only moan Great holiday
