High Beach Resort

We highly recommend this hotel! The main reason to return here is the unique and special staff!!! All of the employees act as a team. They are open and warm-hearted in an incredibly pleasant way - something we have never felt or experienced in any other hotel before. This unique atmosphere is incomparable! High Beach Resort is a beautifully designed hotel complex that is impeccably maintained. We were very satisfied with the service, the food (highly varied, high quality, and delicious), the room, and the cleanliness. The heart and soul of this hotel are the managers, Yannis and Lia, whom we would like to highlight in particular. They are a perfect team, and their corporate philosophy makes the hotel shine as something truly special. With manager Pari, who has joined this team, the two have received the best possible support. Yannis sets very high standards for his work and deserves special respect and appreciation!! His engagement and foresight are exceptionally high! We got the impression that he was on duty non-stop from morning till night, ensuring that hotel operations ran perfectly and were well-organized. Whenever issues arose, he reacted immediately, demonstrating great flexibility and a solution-oriented attitude. Satisfaction of the guests is his top priority. He is always attentive, very courteous, and friendly! An absolute highlight for us was when Yannis sang live at the bar in the evening. We were deeply impressed by his singing. We noticed that other guests were also thrilled to see the manager suddenly take the stage and sing after a long, exhausting workday. And it was a great joy to see how Nicos (one of the hotel chefs) accompanied Yannis’ singing with his excellent and passionate dancing skills, involving the audience and animating them to dance along. Together, they created an unforgettable atmosphere for everyone! THANK YOU! Lia is also a highly dedicated manager who keeps the complete overview of the team and places the guest at the very center of everything she does! With her calm, sovereign, balanced, and very warm-hearted nature, she brings a sense of groundedness to those around her. She always has a smile on her face. And just like Yannis, she is constantly present and approachable for guests and staff, whether to help resolve issues or simply to have a pleasant conversation. She speaks English and German fluently. Manager Pari stands out for his empathetic, trustworthy, appreciative, and helpful nature! When the bar gets overwhelmed with orders in the evening, he steps behind the counter as a manager and supports the bartenders - something he considers a matter of course. Younger, less experienced staff members, in particular, soak up his extensive expertise and are grateful for every valuable tip. Yannis’ and Lia’s leadership style regarding their employees is perceived particularly positively. They focus on their staff's strengths, encourage them to grow, and foster a harmonious, warm, and familiar work atmosphere within the team. You can sense that the staff feel very comfortable under the leadership of Yannis and Lia. A heartfelt thank you also goes to the kitchen staff, the service teams in the restaurant and bar, the reception staff, and the housekeeping team! True hospitality is lived out here every day! Location Perfect, Atmosphere 5 stars, rooms to same 5 stars, value perfect, cleanliness 5 stars, noise leveling the hotel is a pleasant atmosphere, but there is a lot of noise, even excessive, from the Pleasure beach resort next door!!! Servis and amenities is excellent

Very good location, it’s close to the beach, bars, shops and car rental. Atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing. Clean modern rooms, bathroom is very equipped. Noises depends where u stay at, our room has no directly acces outside. We had it on a stairway directly to spa&wellness(we are 2nd floor - S&W is in basement). There is also exit on a ground level, which is next to kitchen doors. We can hear plates hitting each other in the kitchen and a lots of other guests walking or jumping on a stairway. When the doors closed, it is good, but many people do not close the doors. Like when the cicadas scream outside and the doors are closed downstairs and upstairs, that’s perfect. I would recommend to install that mechanism, what can close doors automatically. Service is friendly, for them cleanliness do matter and it’s very nice. Hotel rooms can be cleaned only in the morning hours. Afternoon, they don’t go. However, if you miss the service in the morning (you can chose “do not disrupt” mode on the doors), they usually call your telephone in the afternoon and ask if you need something at the moment or next day is fine. For amenities you have mini bar/fridge, hair fan, weightscale, toilet has own little shower and you can have shower when you stand or also have a bath where u can lay - bath have sprinkles. We also had a couple massage. All body, deep tissue 80 minutes, that was the best. Pavlos and Maria are really professionals at their place. It was very intense and very relaxing.

This is the second time we have been to this hotel resort and it didn’t disappoint the second time. In fact I think it was even better! Everything you could wish for in one place as this hotel is right on a sandy beach and you can walk to surrounding shops and nightlife. The food is as always excellent with a good choice. Guests are made welcome throughout the visit and the hotel is kept clean and looking good.
