Super location, very clean and nice food. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday.

Very nice all inclusive resort right on the sea. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Beach is sand and direct easy access to sea. Water is clear with plenty of sea life. very relaxing stay within a 40 mn drive from Heraklion. Special mention to Maria at the Spa, who delivers one of best deep tissue massage I ever had

Hotel location is great, right on the beach, no issues with sunbeds (a lot of them available), rooms have all what is needed, good food and friendly staff. The only thing which management should reconsider is related to beach towels. I understand policy „one per day” so we take care of environment. However, I don’t understand why you can only return towel till 2pm… it’s too early. If you don’t do this you end up taking dirty towel, with sand into your room to exchange next day. All bars are open, so each should have return station for towels or this station should be located at the beach. Otherwise all perfect and I fully recommend this hotel.

We visited the beautiful 5-star-hotel in August and were very happy with our stay. Our flight and arrival at the hotel went smoothly and without any problems. We really liked our room. It was modern and very clean. There was enough space for the two of us. The outdoor area is also very beautiful. And the food… wooow! Very special! It was very varied and extremely tasty. Every evening there was a different theme (e.g. Greek / Asian). After dinner we really enjoyed hanging out at the all-inclusive bar. Almost every evening there was an entertaining program. Sometimes there were traditional Greek dancers and singers and sometimes a saxophonist. Amazing. If you visit the hotel, you have to go to the bar and have a look at the evening program. The bar offered many different, delicious all-inclusive drinks. On two days we went on a small trip. The evening before we ordered breakfast “to go”. It was varied and delicious. Finally, we would also like to appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Many of them speak German and English. We can highly recommend the hotel and will come back next year!

We highly recommend this hotel! The main reason to return here is the unique and special staff!!! All of the employees act as a team. They are open and warm-hearted in an incredibly pleasant way - something we have never felt or experienced in any other hotel before. This unique atmosphere is incomparable! High Beach Resort is a beautifully designed hotel complex that is impeccably maintained. We were very satisfied with the service, the food (highly varied, high quality, and delicious), the room, and the cleanliness. The heart and soul of this hotel are the managers, Yannis and Lia, whom we would like to highlight in particular. They are a perfect team, and their corporate philosophy makes the hotel shine as something truly special. With manager Pari, who has joined this team, the two have received the best possible support. Yannis sets very high standards for his work and deserves special respect and appreciation!! His engagement and foresight are exceptionally high! We got the impression that he was on duty non-stop from morning till night, ensuring that hotel operations ran perfectly and were well-organized. Whenever issues arose, he reacted immediately, demonstrating great flexibility and a solution-oriented attitude. Satisfaction of the guests is his top priority. He is always attentive, very courteous, and friendly! An absolute highlight for us was when Yannis sang live at the bar in the evening. We were deeply impressed by his singing. We noticed that other guests were also thrilled to see the manager suddenly take the stage and sing after a long, exhausting workday. And it was a great joy to see how Nicos (one of the hotel chefs) accompanied Yannis’ singing with his excellent and passionate dancing skills, involving the audience and animating them to dance along. Together, they created an unforgettable atmosphere for everyone! THANK YOU! Lia is also a highly dedicated manager who keeps the complete overview of the team and places the guest at the very center of everything she does! With her calm, sovereign, balanced, and very warm-hearted nature, she brings a sense of groundedness to those around her. She always has a smile on her face. And just like Yannis, she is constantly present and approachable for guests and staff, whether to help resolve issues or simply to have a pleasant conversation. She speaks English and German fluently. Manager Pari stands out for his empathetic, trustworthy, appreciative, and helpful nature! When the bar gets overwhelmed with orders in the evening, he steps behind the counter as a manager and supports the bartenders - something he considers a matter of course. Younger, less experienced staff members, in particular, soak up his extensive expertise and are grateful for every valuable tip. Yannis’ and Lia’s leadership style regarding their employees is perceived particularly positively. They focus on their staff's strengths, encourage them to grow, and foster a harmonious, warm, and familiar work atmosphere within the team. You can sense that the staff feel very comfortable under the leadership of Yannis and Lia. A heartfelt thank you also goes to the kitchen staff, the service teams in the restaurant and bar, the reception staff, and the housekeeping team! True hospitality is lived out here every day!
