The hotel is incredible. Everything in the hotel is high quality. The hotel spa is amazing and the staff are very talented and friendly. The pool has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The staff at the pool bar day and evening are very friendly and hard working! Overall loved this hotel!

Hotel is very friendly and a good place to visit whether with family, couple or friends. The Spa was amazing, my therapist was Efi, I would highly recommend her. Overall a great experience

You turn up looks lovely from the outside all lit up when you turn up, bellboy takes your luggage which is a nice touch considering it’s a 5 star and is a service offered within their listing! Unfortunately the staff have no idea and are rude, when I tried to address issues with the hotel manager she became angry! We booked all inclusive however it’s not, the buffet restaurant is tiny considering the amount of guests and lacks variety, dishes are repeated daily and considering we ate roughly or just after the sessions started the food was consistently cold and lukewarm at best. The advertised poolside snacks are not up to standard and you’re expected to pay for things that would usually come as standard at any other all inclusive hotel! For your entire stay expect to be bombarded by their spa staff, we received a call a day after checkin, approached at the pool side and every day whilst going for breakfast and lunch, even after speaking with the hotel manager it continued! We paid to have a late checkout at 9pm the front desk advised to call to have our luggage collected ready for our transfer, again a service they offer in their services however the bellboy decided to slag us off to our transfer driver in their own language advising we should of brought our own luggage and he didn’t want to do it! Don’t be fooled by their website description advising they have a kids room and kids pool, their is obstacles in the kids pool so they’ll be unable to swim in it and the main pool is 1.4m in depth so they’ll need to be able to swim confidently or have an aid. If your looking for 5 star this definitely isn’t the one it’s a 4 star at best!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A fantastic family holiday at King Minos We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay at King Minos, and we honestly couldn’t fault it. We travelled with our 18-month-old little boy, so finding a hotel that worked well for both us and our baby was really important — and King Minos exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights for our little boy was the baby room. It was always spotlessly clean and had so much available to keep him entertained. It was such a lovely facility and gave us peace of mind knowing he had a safe, fun space to play. We stayed in a shared swim-up room, which was absolutely perfect for us as a family. It meant we could enjoy the pool while our little boy was awake, but when he needed a nap, we could simply take him back into our air-conditioned room without having to completely leave the pool area. It made such a difference to our days and gave us the perfect balance between enjoying our holiday and sticking to his routine. We were initially a little concerned that there was only one main restaurant, as we usually like having a variety of cuisines to choose from. However, the food genuinely did not disappoint. Both the à la carte restaurant and buffet restaurant offered beautiful food with plenty of choice, and there was always something for everyone. But for us, the staff were what truly made this hotel special. Every member of staff we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The bar staff in particular were brilliant in the evenings, with one gentleman standing out for us who absolutely couldn’t do enough for us and our little boy. His kindness and attention really made us feel welcome. Another special mention has to go to the blonde-haired manageress. We had a very late flight home, and although the all-inclusive benefits officially ended at 3pm, she went completely out of her way to make sure we were still able to have an evening meal and drinks in the buffet restaurant. She also formed such a lovely bond with our little boy, and her kindness went a very long way with us. Your staff really are a credit to the hotel. ❤️ King Minos gave us exactly what we needed from a family holiday — beautiful surroundings, great food, fantastic facilities and, most importantly, genuinely caring staff who made us feel looked after throughout our stay. We would absolutely return and would highly recommend King Minos to other families, especially those travelling with young children. 🌴☀️❤️
