King Minos Retreat Resort & Spa

What an unbelievable experience! Went with my wife for 8 days. And we could not have been happier with the hotel and staff from start to finish. We arrived late at night and were welcomed with a cool drink and had our cases taken to the room. The entire experience was faultless. The pool staff were absolutely fantastic, big shout out to George and Fotis, they both made sure we were never without a drink in our hand. The restaurant staff were great too, always happy to see you and catered to any allergies. Food was always hot with plenty of selection each night. We had a massage at the spa which left us feeling relaxed and money well spent. Anna gave me a deep tissue and made sure I was happy with the pressure throughout the process. Cleaners were in everyday and gave us fresh towels every 2nd day. Rooms were immaculate and very modern providing a nice neutral colour scheme. Aircon was spot on too. Hotel always provided a nice chilled vibe. Upon checking out we had a late pick up and were given a card to use the all inclusive right up until we left at 8pm. Location was only a 10 mins walk to the beach and strip. We also hired a call with the guy in the hotel and again it was a smooth experience. Overall 10/10

Stayed here end of August 2026 with family. It is an absolutely lovely hotel, would highly recommend it. The hotel itself feels and looks very modern, the rooms are really nicely set out and it was very nice to have our own private pool that is checked everyday for cleanliness. There was some noise from other hotels nearby, but we found the sound proofing in our room blocked it out, and outside it didn't bother us, but this is to be expected with the area being near a beach. The main pool area is nice to sit in, although we didn't try to get a sun bed early as went out exploring, later on in the day we could almost always get a poolside sunbed and if not then we could get a table or a sofa bed. The out door bar is great, loads of drinks or snacks and the staff, George, Dionisis to mention just a few are brilliant and very attentive. I didn't get the guys name who brings the towels around, but again great at bringing a fresh towel if there's no poolside towels. The restaurant is nice and the food is always great. Super clean and the staff, Moster, Athina, Marie to name just a few are very attentive at clearing plates or bringing drinks. The food is cooked fresh as you walk in and there's a great variety. There's some light entertainment of an evening, ranging from music, to a dance group or singers around the poolside bar. Overall i'd highly recommend this hotel, staff are all great from the cleaners to the receptionists and the waiters, they really couldn't do enough for us to have a great holiday, i don't think you'd be dissapointed.

Wonderful place! The location is pretty convenient, however, you don't really need to leave hotel! The service is on the highest level, the pool is clean and big, the room was clean and with incredible sea/pool view. Thanks to all stuff! The bar had different events every evening and bar stuff are just wow! Special thanks to George and Deonisis! Deonisis was very friendly, professional and kind - 100/10. It was wonderful end of the summer. Thanks!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, the staff were so lovely and helpful with everything we asked. We had treatments at the spa and could not think of anything that could be better. Dina was incredible.

Spa experience was unmatched. Aggeliki, my therapist did such an amazing job, I feel like a brand new person. Treatment room was clean and fresh. I felt really relaxed throughout the whole treatment. Would definitely recommend. Shoutout to Antigoni who helped me choose the right package that suited my needs!!
