The treatment was so good, relaxing and exactly on point, Anna my massager was amazing and lovely

This is not my frist time coming here and as you can imagine it was perfect as usual. The staff the peoples and the treatment itself. I will come back for sure!

I had wanted to visit village heights and it didn’t disappoint! A friendly welcome very early hours of the morning saw us quickly supported to our room. We had a two bed apartment which was clean and spacious with everything we needed. We were all inclusive and the food and drinks were both fantastic with some extra special visits to the two restaurants. The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly and nothing was too much hassle. The pool area was clean, with a no stress attitude - more than enough sun beds for everyone no matter the time. The Cretian night was a particular highlight and a treat to the spa was worth every euro!! One of the first places in Greece or Spain which I would say deserved its stars!! Would highly recommend and would visit again without hesitation! Thank you all for a lovely family week.

Me and my family just got back from 7days in this hotel. People here are lovely and friendly, from all the team on the front desk to Dimitris friendly smile on the gates, Vasillis making the kids happy in the buggy. We rented a car and we were self catering. I would defo go all inclusive next time €15 euro for one cocktail is pricy. Although the beer is good value. Lunch food is lovely here, teenager had a burger and chips every day, Greek salad and tuna wrap was good too. We would go back, we all loved the activities. But at the same time it’s very nice and chilled not too hectic. Nicks facial was incredible. Spa ladies are lovely and good at trying to upsell, I’m in sales so I didn’t mind it. Elia restaurant there is a must, the view is lovely and food good, we went there twice. Then we ate out in the old town which is 5 min drive from The resort and then into the busy town 10 min by car - more choice of restaurants here Mexican was awesome kids loved it! I did yoga a few times in the morning, lady was great and very good. We aren’t really breakfast people either but the Greek platter they gave us was incredible from the Rodies restaurants. We asked to move rooms closer to the other pool and they accommodated us it was no problem at all for them and we were very grateful. We just preferred not being near the Buffet area.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. The small touches made the difference all the way through our stay and the staff were all fantastic and couldn't do enough to help, special shout out to Maria and her pool bar team, the lobby bar team and the wonderful main restaurant team! A very chilled vibe with good evening entertainment, a cracking cocktail menu (Paloma Deluxe for the win!) and no sunbed wars in the mornings meant we really felt the stress melt away. Never felt busy and was quiet in the evenings Food was superb, a new one for us was as all inclusive guests being able to eat in any al a carte restaurant as much as you liked and we had no issue booking tables on the same day during our stay. Buffet was also the best we have had with the lunch option being a la carte and really felt like you were in a taverna with great views We stayed in a 2 bed villa which was spacious and had a private bedroom upstairs away from the children! If you are after night life and walkable restaurants this inst for you. A shuttle bus goes into town and the beachcomber free sunbeds are a must (the food there is stunning!) but its up in the hills and out of the way We have never returned to a resort ever as a family but this is the first time we have said we likely will
