A wonderful resort. We (3 adults and 1 ten-month-old child) stayed for 10 nights in a Royal Villa, which was very luxurious and the views were breathtaking. The staff were nothing short of amazing. They bent over backwards for us (we had a young baby with us who became ill at one point) but nothing was too much trouble and they really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, even arranging for a doctor to visit and sending wine and fruit to our room. We can't praise them enough. They sent buggies to collect us morning, noon and night to take us to breakfast/lunch/dinner with no fuss. They arranged all sorts of other things for us too, including car hire. The hotel was also spotlessly clean and the landscaping/plants were beautifully maintained. The resort is fantastic for families because of the water park and numerous pools dotted around. The beach was lovely too and a very pretty spot that was great for swimming. The resort also has a really relaxed atmosphere and we came away feeling like we'd really chilled out. It was very quiet so we slept wonderfully. If we had one criticism, it would be that they could improve the food and drink offerings, which were decent enough but probably not 5-star standard. However, everything else was so wonderful it wouldn't stop us returning. We would love to return. Would highly recommend for families.

Emilia at the spa is a wonderful therapist. Would definitely recommend booking a massage with her!

When a hotel offers an all-inclusive package, it should truly be all-inclusive. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there was not enough food available, especially at lunch and dinner. There was nothing for children to do inside the hotel. When it rained, my kids were very bored because the two children's rooms were closed. They were only open until 6:00 PM, which makes no sense since most guests are at the beach at that time. Even when they were open, the rooms were empty and there were no toys available—only drawing activities, which were not suitable for my younger children. At the beach, which you have to reach by shuttle van, there was nothing to eat, such as snacks or fruit—only drinks were available. This meant that you had to wait for the shuttle to return to the hotel restaurant whenever you wanted something to eat. The spa and indoor pool were not included and were quite expensive.

Very good facilities, buildings, but poor service, more than average food , level which is far away from the 5 star hotel. Hotel beach is a pure disaster. They are offering all i inclusive but this is a joke,not even close to the level anybody can expect. Very average , better to avoid !!

Rooms are ok, clean, modern, but the food it's a disaster, doesnt look tasty, then tables are dirty, not enough people to support, i am disappointed, it is not what i was expecting
