Akti Imperial Deluxe

Anis made us feel welcome from the beginning of the trip. Always had a smile on his face and took time out of his day to chat with us and entertain throughout the day. Fantastic person to have around the hotel!

2nd time at atki and here now, great hotel very clean and always enough choice of food 24hrs ... Entertainment put 100% into there work especially Anis who we met last year and great to see him still there !!!!!

Firstly the hotel boasts it's a 5 star but my opinion is its a good 4 star. It's clean well presented and well staffed by a friendly team. At peak season it is very busy and can feel crowded. The first thing asked for upon checking in is the tourist tax €15 per night €210 for a 2 week stay, one of the most expensive taxes in Europe, if the Greek goverment is not careful this will be a barrier to future guests that said the Hotel has no control over this. The food is a good mix of meats fish salads etc and there is always something to suite any taste. We used all 5 speciality resturants and enjoyed them all. Entertainment is varied and the animation team work hard to entertain everyone. The hotel run a no sunbed resevation policy but in practice they don't sunbeds are reserved and not challenged. There is a lifegaurd at all 5 pools. I do have a couple of cons: Firstly rooms have a shower over the bath and personally this was a nightmare for me as i have problems with my knees. 2nd: Bathrooms have a frosted glass door not very private. 3rd: toilets around the pool are very small and with the heat they become sweat boxes. 4th: lifts are very small although it states fit 12 people but to do so you would need to sit on each others shoulders. 5th: To keep a room on from 11am until 5pm cost €95 which for me was a little steep. The rooms overall are adequate but on the small side All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and yes we would return as long as the tourist tax is not increased.

Excellent stay in this hotel! Entertainment is great during the day, the team work so hard, Annis , Nemo and Andre are such good fun! The whole team are a credit to the hotel. Location is good, we walked into ixia a few nights and had a fabulous evening at El Greco. Food is really good, lots of choice and quality. À la cartes are super, choice of 5 and we found them to be really special evening meals with excellent food. Staff are great, no issues. Grounds and communal areas kept immaculate, our room was modern and clean but the sheets could have been refreshed and the floors brushed more often but still great rooms. Sea view rooms have a breathtaking view! Overall a great stay and we would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Akti Imperial in Rhodes and would happily give it a 10/10! What really made our holiday special was the exceptionally friendly and welcoming service. From the moment we arrived, the staff were always kind, helpful and attentive. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had a wonderful holiday. A special mention absolutely has to go to the animation team, who were simply fantastic! They were energetic, friendly, funny and incredibly professional. They created such a great atmosphere throughout the day and evening, involving guests of all ages and making everyone feel welcome. Their enthusiasm and positive energy really made a difference and turned a great holiday into a truly memorable one. The whole team deserves huge praise for the effort and dedication they put into making guests happy. They are a real asset to the hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Akti Imperial and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing and welcoming holiday in Rhodes. 10/10 – We would love to come back! 🌟🌴
