Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas

We stayed for 10 nights as a family of 6. The hotel is lovely and all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Lucas at the beach who absolutely made our holiday with his warm hospitality everyday and great recommendations. We did a boat trip and hired a speed boat one afternoon, amazing and would highly recommend. Lucas will arrange it for you. The beach was our highlight, it’s stunning and we loved that it’s pebble - no annoying sand!! We went bed and breakfast as we like to explore local restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel is brilliant, everything you could possibly want. We ate at Konstantin’s near to the hotel a few times and it’s the best food and service. Also Ostria, amazing, and Alli Fasi - gorgeous food. I’d recommend making reservations as they get busy. Again, Lucas can help with this. Lindos is also lovely, with great restaurants but is very busy in peak season. Three of stayed in a villa, which is stunning. Special thanks to housekeeping, and staff for the birthday gifts for my husband. We had the most amazing time and would definitely return. Thank you.

The location is gorgeous, lots of great views all around the hotel with such a friendly atmosphere, especially at night time with new themes every night at the bar. Rooms were well kept and pristine after being serviced. The beach is also lovely, there’s an awesome little boat hire company right there and it’s amazing value; ontop of that there’s Lucas the beach keeper. Lucas is a very friendly guy and always makes everyone feel welcome. Great value for money, you’re not just paying for a hotel, you’re paying for an experience of a lifetime.

This hotel is fantastic, and the staff who work here are exceptional with the service which they provide. I took a major risk travelling abroad 1 week after fracturing my pelvis, but I knew that I would be well looked after at this hotel. Savvas, the Guest Relations Manager, arranged a mobility scooter prior to my arrival, and throughout our entire holiday he was checking in to see if there was anything which we needed. Savvas, along with Sotiris, were so friendly and helpful in the main restaurant. All of the bar staff are incredible, especially the pool bar team, Stratos and big Antonis, who were offering to help my husband get me into the pool when I was unabe to walk. Vasilis was brilliant with our daughter, showing her how to make flowers out of napkins and creating their special handshake. Jason, the lifeguard, keeps the pool a safe environment while being very friendly and helpful, also chatting and having a laugh with the kids. Natalia, captain of Zen, goes above and beyond with her friendly service, along with her waitress Adrianna and the exceptional chefs. We met the new manager, Theo. He is doing a brilliant job of maintaining all of the reasons why we keep coming back to this hotel and adding in more reasons for us to come back to this hotel. We loved his pool party and the singers at the pool. We are all very much looking forward to our next stay at this hotel.

Fantastic place for families. Great food, super service, people are always kind and make you feel at home. Greek lunch is amazing. Lukas on the beach is a top player providing suggestions and fresh waternelon every morning 👌🏻

A truly wonderful stay at Atrium Palace We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Atrium Palace. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, the sea is fantastic, and everything was perfect for a relaxing holiday. What impressed us most, however, was the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. I have stayed in many hotels, but I can sincerely say that I have rarely experienced such a consistently warm, caring and helpful level of service. Every request was handled with kindness and willingness to help, and we truly felt that the staff cared about making our stay special. This wonderful hospitality made a beautiful hotel even more memorable. We also loved our quiet room with pool access — it was a perfect choice for us. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, and we left with very warm memories. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Atrium Palace team for making our holiday so special. We would be very happy to return!
