Just had a lovely 10 day vacation at this Hotel. Plenty of positives and some lovely staff but just lacked something for me. Room was average and the air conditioning was temperamental. No separate shower so just had a bath with a shower attachment but a plug that didn’t work properly. Also disappointed that you are provided bottles of complimentary water in the room but if you use the cold ones in the fridge they charge you!! Really!! Food in the buffet is average at best but the other à la carte options are much better. Lady round the pool who manages the towels is great and a real character as was Elsa on reception. Enjoyed the holiday but just lacked a touch of class for 5 star

Beautiful hotel. Chef Mike was cooking is delicious and unique. Staff is wonderful and welcoming. We will definitely be back.
