Outstanding holiday, super friendly staff, great food, awesome views. We went all inclusive and found the app super useful - from restaurant bookings to ordering next to the pool and on the beach. Food quality was up there - portion sizes were massive. Overall, would def go back - loved it.

If you’re looking for a little piece of paradise, you have to come to Atrium Prestige Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas. This is our 6th time here, and we’ll definitely be back again. We usually love discovering new places, but Atrium Prestige is truly special. It has that rare feeling of a place you want to return to, again and again. Some places you visit. Others become your happy place. What is it that makes us happy? Let me start with the “basics” — the things you would normally expect from any 5-star hotel. The hotel feels like a charming little village, with beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable rooms, bungalows, and small villas. Everything is impeccably clean, perfectly maintained, and polished to perfection. It is simply a feast for the eyes — something that, unfortunately, is no longer a given even in many 5-star hotels we have visited. And then there is the flora — absolutely stunning. An incredible variety of beautiful plants, flowers, and trees, all carefully maintained and in perfect shape. The hotel offers six restaurants, each with a different cuisine and very good quality. Let me highlight two of them. Lachania, the Greek restaurant, is a must-visit. If you are in Greece, you simply have to experience the unforgettable flavors of Greek cuisine, beautifully reimagined by the chef with a creative twist. Thalassa, the Mediterranean restaurant, combines delicious food with a breathtaking sea view and an incredible atmosphere. We have visited dozens of excellent restaurants across Europe, but the view and atmosphere here are truly unforgettable. If you come for a summer holiday by the sea, you naturally want to enjoy the sea. And the sea here offers a truly exceptional experience: almost always calm, crystal clear, and full of marine life, including more than 10 different fishes arts — at least, that’s how many we have counted so far. Now let me come to the two things that keep bringing us back to this hotel, year after year. The first is the people, who work in this hotel. They have a unique way of making you feel genuinely happy and cared for. Their warmth, hospitality, and friendliness come straight from the heart — and you can truly feel it. It naturally makes you want to give that warmth back. I would like to mention just a few names who, for us, represent the wonderful team of Atrium Prestige. I have already mentioned the amazing sea and beautiful beach. But keeping it this clean and comfortable takes real dedication. Every single morning, Stavros carefully puts everything back in order and prepares the beach for the day — especially after some inconsiderate guests leave behind rubbish or used towels instead of taking them to the designated places. He does it with genuine passion, care, and dedication, making sure that every guest can enjoy the beach at its very best. For the past five years, we have chosen a bungalow with a private swimming pool, and our room has always been beautifully cared for by Valbona. She never fails to surprise us — not only with the great quality of her work, but also with her wonderfully creative towel “sculptures,” beautifully decorated with fresh flowers. And, by the way, decorating the room with flowers is certainly not part of her job description. She does it simply because of her warmth, kindness, and genuine desire to make her guests feel special. If you decide to enjoy Greek cuisine at Lachania, you will meet Jani. He will do far more than simply serve your food — he will make sure that every wish is taken care of. With his ability to speak at least five languages and his genuine warmth and attentiveness, Jani has a wonderful way of making every guest feel welcome, understood, and truly happy. On top of its six restaurants, the hotel also offers three bars. If you want to enjoy great cocktails and experience true Greek hospitality, go to the Pool Bar—especially in the evening—and ask for Vuola. Vuola has been orchestrating the bar for many years, and her creativity and genuine friendliness make every visit special. Several times, we asked her to create new cocktails using the ingredients available at the bar, and she always surprised us with great results. And if you want to experience her wonderful hospitality, simply sit at the bar, have a drink, and enjoy a little conversation with her. You will quickly understand what true Greek hospitality means! And the team at reception desks deserves a chapter of its own. You can come to them with any question, request, or wish, and they will always do their best to make it happen. For them, customer experience is clearly the top priority, and you can feel it in every interaction. And the second thing that keeps us coming back deserves a chapter of its own: “The little things that matter and create a great experience.” There are so many thoughtful little touches that we truly appreciate—details that may seem small, but make a big difference. In fact, we have never experienced many of these things in other hotels. It is these small gestures and thoughtful details that make our stays here feel truly special. 1. Hot showers on the beach If you enjoy swimming in the sea, especially in the morning or evening as I do, you will truly appreciate having hot-water showers right on the beach. There is nothing better than stepping out of the sea and warming up under a hot shower—it is the perfect way to relax your muscles after a swim. 2. Hygiene in the main restaurant — gloves In the main restaurant, where food is served buffet-style, you can use a simple disposable glove when serving yourself. It is a small but very thoughtful detail that ensures good hygiene when touching the serving spoons and utensils that have already been handled by many other guests. We have rarely seen anyone else using them, which is a pity—but that is their choice! We absolutely appreciate that the hotel provides this option. 3. The hotel app Once you arrive at the hotel, you can download the hotel app, which provides comprehensive information about everything happening at the resort. But it is much more than an information tool—you can also use it to order food and drinks while relaxing at the beach or by the pool. Simply enter the number of your sun umbrella, place your order, and your drink or food will be brought directly to you. It is not only incredibly convenient for guests but also brings much more structure and efficiency to the bar service. 4. Towels at the beach and pool In many hotels we have stayed at, the number of towels you can take to the beach or pool is limited—usually to just one. And then you have to choose: do you use it to cover your sunbed or to dry yourself after swimming? If you swim frequently throughout the day, the towel quickly becomes wet, making it rather uncomfortable to lie on. At Atrium, there are no such limitations. You can take as many towels as you need, which makes a huge difference for people who love swimming. One small request to fellow guests: please don’t be lazy—when you are finished with your towel, bring it back to the dedicated collection point. It helps everyone enjoy this great service! There are many other little “things” that are truly the cherries on top of an already beautiful cake. It is these thoughtful details that make the experience even more special and keep us coming back year after year. Our stay at Atrium Prestige was simply wonderful. The moment we arrived, we felt this beautiful sense of peace and relaxation that stayed with us throughout our entire holiday. The hotel is stunning, with amazing sea views, beautiful pools and lovely spaces to unwind. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and perfectly clean, and everything felt thoughtfully taken care of. The staff deserve a special mention — genuinely friendly, warm and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. We also really enjoyed the food and the overall quality of the facilities. What we loved most was the atmosphere, elegant but never overwhelming, peaceful and easygoing, the kind of place where you can truly slow down and enjoy your time. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely love to return. ❤️

Wow, after booking the wrong atrium🙈 we were blown away, never have i made the best mistake. we were exactly where we were meant to be, everything about this hotel is perfect, from the hotel itself, to the rooms, to the pool, beach and facilities not to mention room the staff. My kids have asked repeatedly when we are going back and all booked to return again this October as we can’t stop talking about it, the food was unbelievable you won’t get better outside it, the service was brilliant and every need catered for with ease without having to ask.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms, the food, the staff, just everything was just wow. The place deserves all the glowing reviews and more. The welcome when we arrived early hours, the thoughtful cold plates and fruit left for us after a long travel was so welcomed. The restaurants are beyond excellent. Will be coming back
