Evita Resort

Just got back from here yesterday, the entertainment team were amazing and were made to feel at home from day 1. I’d stay away unless your French as preferential treatment is given for them from welcoming party’s, private football screenings, table cloths and cheap bottled wine, only just better that the garbage we were served. Beer, terrible! Service, ok! Rooms looked ok for 1 day then towels not changed, bathrooms not cleaned, just beds made and mopped around anything left on the floor! Food, abysmal! Restaurant is a meat market and a horrible experience, the snack bar serves the only decent food and the Robbie Coltrane wannabe who just is either shouting at his staff or having a cigarette by the pool bar. During our stay the kids pool drains were just left floating about as not fitted properly leaving guests to fit them back numerous times so stop nasty accidents happening to their children even themselves, was reported but nothing done. A lollipop lamp on the main walkway to reception top had came off, live wires exposed was reported and fixed after a mere 24 hrs! Shocking literally!!! This was only our experience but others hadn’t have had room cleaned, new towels or even bins emptied for nearly a week, others have asked for a extension on their room due to later flights and offered to pay a premium but were just spoken to rudely and no care given. Finally Sam, faro, billy, Julia, ralu were amazing, only thing worth visiting the hotel for, thanks for all the smiles you gave us!

We’ve just returned from an amazing holiday at Evita Resort and can honestly say we had a fantastic time. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, the pools were great, and there was always something to eat with a good variety of food each day. The location was ideal too, with the beach and Faliraki town just a short walk away. The highlight of our stay was definitely Sam. He is an absolute credit to the hotel. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome with his friendly personality, great sense of humour, and genuine kindness. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always took the time to chat and make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. It's staff members like Sam who turn a good holiday into a great one. A big thank you as well to all of the other hardworking staff, who were always polite and welcoming. The entertainment team also did a brilliant job and created a fun atmosphere throughout the day and evening. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Evita Resort to anyone looking for a friendly, relaxing, and great-value holiday. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

Basic accommodation but clean, bins emptied daily, but towels 3x per week, beds 2x per week, bathrooms not cleaned. This hotel caters for many nationalities, so restaurant food is a bit varied but edible, the snack bar pizza and gyros are fab, the all inclusive drinks are limited, and the one main pool bar can get very busy, with limited staff, the AI ends at 11 pm. The main issue is you have to check out at 11am on departure day, even if your transfer isn’t till late pm. The TUI rep was as much use as a chocolate fire guard, the hotel staff have limited English, the pools have gritty bottoms, where the entertainment areas get washed down into the pool drains. There is no signage to direct you to reception on arrival, there isn’t any information given to you about entertainment, although the entertainment staff Fero & Sam are great. It’s a good 20 minute walk into Faliraki but well worth it.

The rooms were amazing nice and clean , very spacious . The food was wide variety of food for everyone . The pizza man at the snack bar is always friendly and happy to serve us with a smile. All the staff are always going above and beyond to keep us happy. The entertainment team is always here to keep you happy and not bored, loads of activities during the day and night shows . Special mention to Ralu Fero and Billy always happy to come chat with me for a while and make me laugh , will miss them a lot .

we came here as a big family from norway and we absolutely loved everything, the staff dere so nice and kind to us always happy to hell and chat. the food and rooms dere amazing we didnt have any problems whatsoever . the entertainment team made everything beautiful. special mention to Ralu she was so sweet and took care of us the whole time. our kids went with them to a night out in faliraki and i cant congratulate her enough for taking such good care of them we are impressed. the whole animation team is amazing and beyond words.
