The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Rude staff, trying to intimidate people, witnessed "pool manager" shouting at females. Drinks are awful, food is cold and healthy hazard. It's basically like black pool

Opinions will vary here there are definitely good and bad points. Food - the snack bar is excellent the gyros and the homemade pizza are really good food is always hot and tasty. Main buffet - is not to bad food could definitely be warmer, always found something to eat . Breakfast- not to bad either good choice of cooked and continental available. The bars - plenty of drink choices beer,cocktails, shorts,ouzo of course, the bar staff are great especially the guy done the snack bar area he is superb forgot to get his name. Staff - mostly all Happy and talkative and polite no probs with any. Animation team - they are really good didn't take part in much myself but what I seen they were really cheerful happy overall excellent entertainment. Bad points definitely need more and better sunbeds , and more seating and tables for night time entertainment. Also it is a little trek to the main center of faliraki, but if like walking its great. The rooms are clean and spacious air con is good as well . The pool was a little dirty but that was from the storm they had before we arrived, didn't stop us from using it tho . Overall a decent holiday , if the food was a little warmer, and there was more sunbeds better sunbeds it would of been a good holiday.

Me and my partner recently stayed at the Evita Resort Hotel and was quite disappointed with our experience. The room itself was very basic, which I could have accepted, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was fairly dirty and never seemed to be properly wiped down during our stay. There was even a light fitting hanging off the wall, which didn’t feel very safe. The food was another letdown. It was rarely hot and there wasn’t much variety from day to day, making meals feel repetitive. For an all-inclusive stay, I expected better quality and consistency. As it was the end of the season, it really felt like we were in the way of them closing up and packing things away. By the last day, both the pool bar and snack bar were closed despite us still being on an all-inclusive package. They even stopped refilling the fizzy drink machines halfway through the week, so the drinks tasted flat and unpleasant. Overall, it felt like the hotel had already switched off for the season, even though guests were still paying full price. It’s a shame, because with better maintenance and service, it could have been a much more enjoyable stay. I also would normally rate this a 4 start hotel, maybe 3 at a push.

We stayed at Evita Resort in Rhodes as a family of four (me, my husband, our 4-year-old son, and my mother-in-law). Overall, we had a lovely time! The room was alright — nothing fancy but comfortable enough. We did have a few ants in the bathroom at first, but once we mentioned it to reception, they sent someone to clean it right away, and it was sorted. The food in the main restaurant was okay – not a huge variety, but what they had was tasty. The real star, though, was the snack bar – 10 out of 10! The gyros, pizza, chicken, and fries were amazing. Honestly, some days we skipped lunch because the snack bar food was even better than the main buffet. The main pool was always clean, and the water park was great fun for both adults and kids. Now, the entertainment team – they absolutely made our holiday! On the first day, we thought the entertainment wasn’t that great (we later found out Leo was off that day), but once he was back, everything changed. Leo is such a fun, positive, and energetic guy – he brings the vibe every day and night. Our 4-year-old loved the mini-disco, and even when he was the only child there, Leo and Billy still did the full show just for him, which meant so much to us. Billy also ran a great aqua gym, but Leo was honestly the highlight of our holiday. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment too — the music quiz, video quiz, and karaoke nights were brilliant. Sam was funny as well, especially during water polo. But out of everyone, Leo stood out – he’s the best! The bar staff were mostly friendly. Slava was lovely and always had a smile. However, the young Albanian barman could use a bit more maturity and tact — when he heard I was 27, he said, “Oh God, you’re 10 years older than me,” which wasn’t exactly a nice thing to say to a lady! He’s only 17 though, so hopefully with time he’ll learn how to be more respectful. All in all, we had a really enjoyable stay and made some lovely memories — mainly thanks to the wonderful entertainment team, especially Leo!

Have had the most amazing time at Evita resort entertainment was excellent staff was very friendly especially the main men Leo what a incredible team going to miss this place till next time
