Perfect location is very quiet for relaxing stay very nice food and desserts are the 6 ⭐️ service it’s very good too very nice people who look after us thank you so much

I am currently at this hotel, checking out today after 5 nights and can hand on heart say it has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. Practically every single staff member has been polite, friendly and appear to genuinely want you to have a good experience- from the cleaners, restaurant staff, dining staff, managers, reception, guest services and the girls running the kids club too!!. Everyone has been absolutely fantastic. The rooms were spotless. The food sublime, the pools clean, the beach… need I say more. I was absolutely shocked to see there are some bad reviews but hope that doesn’t discourage anyone from booking this hotel… shout out to Alexsandro and the massage therapist! Best massage EVER! Thank you all for the most amazing family break.

Nice location - the hotel complex is really large. It was relatively far to beach from my room. The room was nice and clean - i like the buttons to signal whether you need cleaning or whether you wish not to be disturbed. My room was far from the main pool so it was really quiet there, i am not sure how about the rooms near the main pool. Basically you could resolve everything through app. On the beach and also by the pool you could order drinks and food through the app or on the bar, if you didn't have the phone by yourself. No annoying bracelet to signal you have all inclusive - everything based on your room number. The staff was really nice to everyone. The sea and beach were clean through the week i was there. Never had problem to find a sunbed. The sand and pebbles were really hot so it was best to have neopren socks or somrthing like that instead of flipflops or sandals. No sea urchins in the sight, so in the water it was safe withouth the shoes. The food was very good with wide variaty to chose from. In all orders you could let the staff know what allergies you have.

I visited Gennadi Grand Resort as an external guest specifically to dine at the Ouzo restaurant, and I can genuinely say that it was one of the most exceptional dining experiences I have ever had in Greece. Coming from the United States and having had the opportunity to experience many wonderful restaurants during my travels, I was truly impressed by the quality, creativity, and authenticity of the food at Ouzo. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of incredible flavours. You could really feel the passion, attention to detail, and respect for Greek cuisine behind every plate. The service was equally outstanding. The entire team was warm, professional, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality elevated the whole experience. And as for the Chef — I honestly have no words! Absolutely exceptional. The flavours, combinations, presentation, and overall quality of the meal were at another level. This was not simply a dinner, but a true culinary experience and definitely one of the highlights of my time in Greece. Gennadi Grand Resort should be extremely proud , its Chef, and the entire restaurant team. I would return without hesitation, and I would highly recommend it even to those who are not staying at the resort. Without a doubt, one of the best meals I have had in Greece. Absolutely worth visiting!
