Superb service, great food. Very niet rooms, wellicht designed.

We had an overall very pleasant stay and found the hotel to offer very good value for money. The hotel is located quite far south on Rhodos, in a rather quiet and remote area. This is great if you are looking for a relaxing stay, although it obviously means longer distances if you want to explore other parts of the island. The beach itself is fine, but nothing particularly exceptional. The hotel has excellent infrastructure. The rooms are modern, bright and spacious, there are several large pools and a good variety of restaurants. We also liked the spacious and light lobby area. The entire hotel was very clean, and housekeeping was consistently polite and did a very good job. One drawback in the room was the lack of proper closets and storage space. For three people staying for a week, there was simply not enough space for our clothes and belongings. We had a room with our own swimming pool, which we used quite extensively! :-) Breakfast offered a very good variety, and the live piano music in the morning was a particularly nice touch. Food quality overall, however, was rather average. The à la carte restaurants were noticeably better, while the food offered around the pool and beach areas was unfortunately quite poor and did not match the otherwise good standard of the hotel. The evening entertainment was somewhat inconsistent in quality. Also, having most of it around the pool bar did not create a particularly special evening atmosphere. On the positive side, we really enjoyed the fitness program in the open-air area. A particular strength of the hotel is its staff and service. The team at the Kids Club was very pleasant and competent, room service was efficient and extremely convenient, and the reception team was exceptionally helpful and customer-oriented. Unfortunately, our daughter became ill during our stay, and this is where the quality of the service really became apparent. The reception staff and hotel management showed genuine interest in her condition and went out of their way to support us, including helping to organize special food for her. We greatly appreciated the personal attention and flexibility during a difficult few days. Overall, despite some weaknesses – particularly the food quality at the pool and beach and the limited storage space in the rooms – we had a positive impression of the hotel. The modern facilities, cleanliness, spacious surroundings and, above all, the excellent attitude of the staff make it a very good choice for a relaxing family holiday in the south of Rhodos.

An unforgettable stay—exceptional service and a resort that truly cares We cannot thank Giorgos and the entire team at The Gennadi Grand Resort enough for such a wonderful stay. The kindness and warmth they showed us truly meant the world and highlighted just how much they value their guests. Location & Surroundings The resort is in a somewhat secluded location, which we really liked. It’s just a few minutes' drive into Gennadi itself, which has some lovely restaurants and is well worth a visit. The hotel even provides a free minibus in the evening, making getting into town effortless. Rooms & Cleanliness We stayed in a beachfront junior suite with a private pool, which we could not recommend more. The room itself was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. Having the loungers and our own private pool took the experience to another level and has truly set a very high standard for future holidays. Atmosphere & Noise Levels The overall atmosphere of the resort is wonderfully relaxed, peaceful, and chilled out, making it the perfect place to truly unwind. Throughout the day, most of the main pool loungers tend to be taken, so you do need to get down there early to secure one. On the bright side, the beach always seemed to have loungers available, and it is a lovely, quiet spot complete with its own beach bar. Despite the popularity of the main pool area, things remain surprisingly quiet and serene throughout. Service & Dining What truly elevates the resort, however, is the incredible staff and fantastic dining options. The main buffet offers a vast selection of food with something for everyone, and a special shout-out goes to Alkim there; his warm demeanour and the excellent conversations we shared made every meal an absolute highlight. We also highly recommend spending an evening in the steak restaurant—the meat was perfectly cooked, and the service provided by Paris and the rest of the team was great. Everyone we encountered is a phenomenal asset to the resort. From start to finish, the hospitality was second to none. We will enthusiastically recommend The Gennadi Grand Resort to anyone considering staying at this resort, and we very much look forward to visiting again ourselves!

Amazing resort with wonderful staff! We had a really great experience at Gennadi Grand Resort. The resort is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Everything feels comfortable and relaxing, making it the perfect place to enjoy a holiday in Rhodes. What really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They always had a smile on their face and were happy to help whenever we needed anything. Their kindness and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Gennadi Grand Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality holiday in Rhodes. We would happily come back again!

An Unforgettable Experience at Gennadi Resort – Simply Exceptional Our stay at Gennadi Resort has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome, and throughout our entire stay, the level of service, attention to detail and genuine hospitality has been exceptional. The staff are truly outstanding. Every member of the team is warm, professional, attentive and incredibly accommodating. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and there is a genuine sense that every guest is cared for and valued. The service throughout the resort is amongst the best we have experienced. The standards of cleanliness are simply remarkable. I have never stayed at a resort where such meticulous attention is given to every single detail. The entire property is immaculate, beautifully maintained and exceptionally well presented. From our room to the restaurants, pools and every shared space, everything is pristine. There genuinely wasn’t a single area of the resort that we found anything less than immaculate. We chose the all-inclusive experience, and we were absolutely blown away by the quality of the food. The variety, presentation, freshness and flavour were all exceptional. Having stayed at a number of all-inclusive resorts, I can honestly say that the dining experience here is on another level. Combined with the wonderful service, every meal felt like something to look forward to rather than simply part of the all-inclusive package. What makes Gennadi Resort particularly special is the sheer amount of beautiful spaces available to relax and unwind. There are so many different areas, each with its own atmosphere, allowing you to find exactly the kind of environment you want — whether that is somewhere peaceful and secluded or somewhere with a little more energy. The resort has been thoughtfully designed to give guests space, comfort and a real sense of tranquillity. And perhaps the greatest compliment we can give is that we have never felt so completely relaxed on holiday. There is something incredibly calming about the entire resort. You can genuinely switch off, slow down and simply enjoy every moment without having to worry about anything. Gennadi Resort has surpassed every expectation we had. It is elegant, immaculate, beautifully maintained and supported by a team who clearly take enormous pride in what they do. The combination of exceptional hospitality, outstanding food, impeccable cleanliness and beautiful surroundings makes this somewhere truly special. We cannot recommend Gennadi Resort highly enough.
