Disappointing for a 5-star all-inclusive resort Unfortunately, our experience here has been quite disappointing, especially considering that this is advertised and priced as a 5-star all-inclusive resort. There are certainly positive aspects: our room was clean and comfortable, the reception team was generally friendly and helpful, and the food in the main restaurant was good. However, the overall level of service and attention to detail simply did not feel 5-star. The biggest issue for us was the general cleanliness and maintenance of the beach area. The small tables around the sunbeds and parasols were consistently dirty, with leftover drinks and other mess from previous guests. We understand that this is a busy beach and that sand, wind and salt water are unavoidable, but regular cleaning throughout the day should still be expected at a five-star property. The handling and availability of drinking water was also surprisingly poor for an all-inclusive resort. Bottled water is not readily available around the property, meaning guests often have to queue at the bars just to get a small glass of water. In other five-star all-inclusive hotels, there are refrigerators throughout the resort stocked with small bottles that guests can simply take with them. This is much more convenient and avoids unnecessary queues. We also experienced issues with paid water deliveries to our room, including one occasion where the water was apparently left outside the room without us being notified. On another occasion, despite specifically asking for the water to be delivered inside, it was again left outside the door. Unfortunately, we also encountered several instances where the attitude of staff did not feel appropriate for a five-star hotel. This was not everyone, but it happened often enough to become noticeable. The entertainment was another disappointment. The animation team works hard and is clearly doing its best, but for a five-star resort we expected a higher standard of evening entertainment rather than relying so heavily on daytime animation staff. Having to pay extra for things such as popcorn at an all-inclusive resort was also surprising. We also had mixed experiences with the restaurants. While the main restaurant was good, one meal at another restaurant included extremely dry octopus and a cheesecake that was partially frozen. None of these things alone would be enough to ruin a holiday. The problem is the accumulation of small issues and the lack of attention to detail. When paying the price of a five-star all-inclusive holiday, we expect the service, cleanliness, convenience and overall guest experience to reflect that standard. We have stayed in three-star hotels in Greece that, in some respects, provided a comparable level of service. That is what makes the experience here particularly disappointing. Overall, I would not rate this as a five-star experience. The hotel has many good qualities and potential, but the level of customer service and attention to detail needs significant improvement to justify the five-star positioning and price.

I had an amazing time with my family at Lindos Imperial and one of the main reasons was how great the animation team were. They were all very professional, super friendly, talented and really boosted the mood at the resort. My son had a great time with them and he was able to participate in a great range daily activities, games, challenges, etc. Also the evening shows were great especially the Lion King. Special thanks go to Francesco, Djian and Andrea - absolutely great guys.

The service was excellent! Animation really good. The food at the main restaurant and the Asian restaurant that we booked was awesome. Great variety and really kind staff, ready to deal with any issue at any time of the day. Miss Vivi, room division manager and Miss Tsampika, guest realtions were always willing to assist and resolve any issues! Thank you for the lovely stay. We have been coming to this hotel for 12 years and will still be visiting!!! Great experience as always!

We really enjoyed our time here and had a great holiday overall. The pool facilities were excellent, always clean and well maintained, and it was a great place to spend the day relaxing. The food was also really good, and we were very happy with what was available throughout our stay. What really stood out, though, were some of the fantastic staff. Aggelos and Cristos behind the bar were brilliant. Always friendly, welcoming and up for a laugh, and they really helped create a great atmosphere around the pool and bar. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they always made you feel welcome. 🍹 A huge special mention has to go to Panagiota, who has to be the best pool waitress/attendant around! The pool and surrounding areas were always spotless, and you could see how much pride and effort she puts into keeping everything looking great. She works incredibly hard, but would always take the time to have a chat with us while she was busy getting on with her work. She’s genuinely lovely to talk to, always friendly and happy to have a laugh, and one of those people who really adds something to your holiday. ☀️🏊 We also have to mention Joe and Chinckey at the Chicken Stop. Great food, great characters and always good fun – definitely another part of the holiday we’ll remember! 🍗😂 The only real negative for us was the timing of the housekeeping. Quite a lot of the time, our room wasn’t cleaned until around 16:00–17:00, and it happened often enough that we eventually had to complain about it. After spending the morning and lunchtime around the pool, this is often the time you want to head back to your room for a shower, get changed or have an afternoon sleep, so having housekeeping arrive at that time could be quite disruptive. We’d definitely recommend that the hotel looks at how the housekeeping schedule is organised and, where possible, tries to have rooms completed earlier in the day. We appreciate there are a lot of rooms to get through, but addressing the timing would make a big difference and avoid clashing with guests wanting to relax in their rooms later in the afternoon. That aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool facilities were great, the food was good and, most importantly, some of the staff genuinely made our holiday.
