Lindos Imperial Resort & Spa

We stayed at this hotel in April 2025, having previously visited the same resort in April 2024. While the hotel itself remains beautiful and well-maintained, we were a little disappointed to see that many of the long-standing staff members had been replaced. During our stay, we only recognised three familiar faces — Agnes, Dimitra, and Joannis (apologies if the spelling is incorrect), who works alongside Dimitra at the main lobby bar. It was genuinely lovely that they recognised us straight away and made us feel so welcome again. The hotel is set in the mountains, which offers stunning views but is worth considering when booking, especially for anyone with mobility concerns. We visited while I was six months pregnant, and our room was located quite high up. However, the golf buggy service was excellent, and the staff were always happy to assist when needed. A special mention to Agnes, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect — nothing was ever too much trouble. Dimitra and Joannis also made our mornings with their consistently great service (and much-appreciated decaf iced coffees!). We wouldn't even have to go to the bar, as soon as they seen us, they instantly knew our order and started making our drinks. The food overall was very good, and the à la carte restaurants were a highlight. That said, availability is limited and reservations can be difficult to secure, so it’s worth booking as early as possible. 2 weeks in a 4/5 star all inclusive resort .. This was the first time we have done the all inclusive holliday. We where really looking forward to a lovely couple of weeks with my wife our daughter (15) and my wifes mum and dad. We got outselves to the resort with a hire car as we like to move about when on holiday. On arrival the staff where very nice and sorted the room out for my inlaws but ours was not ready yet! So we as you do off to the bar ! Im on holiday! 3 hours later we finally get our room. Nice room infront of a wall facing other rooms ! Ok its alright but not good. Next morning ! Breakfast which is an overwhelming buffet of everything and anything. Its all a bit odd. im a Brit and i like my breakfast and its not great. Rubber bacon, hard eggs in oil, frankfurters. Fruit, cheese, honey, and last nights left overs. Dinner and lunch are pretty much the same. So the other resturuants. Chinese, Mexican, Greek, Steak, Italian.. They have the app to book these on and trust me if you dont book on the day of arrival you will not get a booking. Dont bother with chinese we didnt even eat it. Do go to the skeak if you can over in the good bit of the resort (Lindos Breeze) So the food is crap. So how about the place ? The usual you got to get up early to get your sunbeds otherwise you are not getting a sun bed anywhere in the resort. 7am towels down or no sunbed !! Evenings: So everything in this place pushes everyone into one place the main bar. This is not a big place for all nationalities meet around a small free (paid for) bar ! Some nice entertainment if outside but far to small for everone. It became a cesspit of drunken individuals who could not tell the diffence between under aged girls! There where altacations which was terrible ! I would not go back to this place. Sorry but its a 3 star at most. You are marooned here to eat crap food and drink. But the staff are great.

The hotel itself is a standard 3.5/4 star Greek property, but the management’s honesty is non-existent. I paid a €30 deposit for pool towels by card in August 2025, and despite returning the towels and multiple promises from Guest Relations, I still haven't received my money back. I have called and emailed them numerous times. Every time they admit it was their mistake, yet the money never arrives. It seems to be a common practice at this hotel to keep guests' deposits. A word of advice: If you stay here, NEVER pay the towel deposit by card. Use cash only, or you will likely never see your money again. Extremely disappointing service and lack of integrity.

Worst holiday we have had so far! Location wasn’t convenient. We booked a room with a pool, which was said to be close to the beach. But it was more than 15 minutes walking in the heat of summer with kids and pregnant. The room had mould and humidity. The phone wasn’t working in the room, so we had to walk to reception 15 minutes away to ask for someone to check the air conditioning. We couldn’t sleep all night. The other day they offered another room. It was okay, but as soon as you went out, you could feel the smell of the pit toilets, which was awful. And it was impossible to use the swimming pool. The 5-star all-inclusive hotel didn’t offer any bar in the room, no toiletries, no water, no iron in the room . They claimed to have food at the beach restaurant. But they had only fish fingers and no cocktails. Just bottled juice. The only good thing about the hotel was the foreign staff. Greek people were so lazy and arrogant. Price we paid was double of what we pay in all inclusive in Turkey and have no comparison with the service.

⭐ 1/5 – Absolutely NOT a 5-Star Experience – Stay Away! I am absolutely disgusted with our stay at this so-called “5-star” hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was one disappointment after another. The staff were dishonest and completely unhelpful — they made promises they never kept and even lied about availability for the à la carte restaurants, which were impossible to get into despite being “included” in our package. The hotel is massively oversubscribed. Everywhere you go there are long queues for food, for drinks, for reception. The buffet was chaotic, and the quality of both food and alcohol was extremely poor. Nothing about this place resembled a 5-star experience; it felt more like a budget package resort. When we complained and requested to cancel the remaining five days of our stay, we were flatly refused with no refund, no assistance, just indifference. In the end, we decided to cut our losses and move to another hotel, meaning we lost a substantial amount of money just to salvage what was left of our holiday. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. It ruined the start of our trip, and the management clearly doesn’t care about guests once they’ve got your money. If you’re looking for a genuine 5-star experience in Rhodes, go to the Helea Spa Resort instead, that is where we moved, and it was everything this place should have been: professional, relaxing, and truly luxurious. Save your time, money, and sanity — do NOT stay here.
