For anyone who is looking for a honest review of this hotel here it’s is…….. Absolutely fantastic is it 5* no but does it try to be no, yes there are faults but the whole hotel in general is great, 99% of the staff are great and friendly you do have the odd ones but ain’t that all of us in life, the food management are so friendly and always want to talk and help Rooms: The rooms are ok as soon as they catch up with the renovation of the hotel it will wonderful rooms our room was a older one and done what it says on the tin and that is ok with me the air conditioning is a god send Food: as in any all inclusive can be repetitive but there will be always something the eat Breakfast is good and lunch & dinner are ok with good things in it and the snack bars are and especially one being open till 11:30pm/midnight, the burger house is great location 12pm/4pm had a lovely burger but also had a dodgy chicken burger which raw but was sorted by the manager, grab and go ice cream whenever you want was really good, Mexican & Greek restaurant once each per stay both lovely I preferred the Mexican but that’s cos of burritos, Drinks: unlimited supply of soft drinks is self service all around the hotel Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Greek version of Fanta lemon & orange and various juices, only lager no cider which is zythos and it’s very nice it’s a Rhodes lager and to me tastes better than Mythos, self serve in restaurants and Snack Bar, at the main bar beer and cocktails are poured by the best bar man in Rhodes Andreas really friendly man and always wanted to get to know you, the cocktails are really good and a good wide range but don’t expect luxury cocktails if you want that go to a cocktail bar Pools: they are great, they are cold but you will get used to them pretty quick I just bombed in and the waterpark onsite is fantastic and it is free with the all inclusive didn’t do the main pool really cos we loved the pool just before the waterpark and the we could just walk into the waterpark which had a snack bar, cocktail bar and self serve beer. The slides are fun, lazy river is excellent, wave pool is ok Go over to Sophia’s I’ve the road such a wonderful family with Manuel, Sophia & there son Peter which work all day there but always smile and they’ve got everything you need and much cheaper than the onsite shop and you can book excursions through them Overall I loved Faliraki, the people are great the whole town is great and Rhodes is such a beautiful place, go to Rhodes town and Lyndos and enjoy the sightseeing, explore different restaurants outside if you want a bit of a change, we went to Something Different and it was the best meal I’ve ever had Don’t get put off by the negative reviews you make the holiday you want it to be enjoy if you going — at SUN PALACE HOTEL FALIRAKI/RHODES.

Please ignore the negative reviews and make your holiday a memorable one. We stayed here for two weeks and loved every moment of it. Upon arrival our room was a bit dated but we didn't come on holiday to stay in the room, only thing was it only had one plug socket in the room so we went to reception and asked if we can have a room next to the water park amd if possible with more plugs, Kelly from reception couldn't be more helpful amd the following day we were given a room next to the water park with lots of plug sockets. Honestly all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside unfortunately is certain guest who leave rubbish and food everywhere which in turn leads to the ants problem which many people mention. The hotel itself is located in a perfect location with access to everything. Would we come back? 100%

Horrendous hotel, noise from entertaonment and next door rooms is shocking. Rooms have been divided by cheap wooden door, you may aswell be in the same room as next door. food is cold and at a very poor standard, dated rooms, cleanliness is poor our rooms wasn't cleaned for 3 days untill we asked why they wernt being cleaned. Water is solar panels so no hot water if no sun. Only good thing is plenty of sun loungers. Entertainment is very poor. Avoid this place this is absolutely the worst place I've stayed.

We are heading home today after a fantastic week in the Sun Palace Hotel. We got a great deal for the week 🙌. The food was really lovely a great selection for breakfast, lunch and evening. Snack bar was great too. We enjoyed plenty of drinks by the pool in such a relaxing environment. The staff were very Friendly and helpful. Slides and waterpark were well received by our 2 kids. Evening entertainment was so enjoyable. Lovely mix of different nationalitys and met lots of lovely people. Beach a really short walk away - around 5mins. The only negative was the goal post fell on my childs head on the astro, I reported to reception so hoping they will fix to prevent happening again. Lovely gift shop called Ellas and Mother Nature across from hotel. Purchased all of our gifts here. Overall Rhodes is so beautiful just wish we had booked longer than 1 week. Will definitely be back! Absolutely mint other than the fact that the klan seems to guard the pool at night, it makes me uncomfortable as they have a staring problem otherwise 5 stars
