Grand Mirage Resort Thalasso

Another visit to the best all-inclusive resort in Bali, The Grand Mirage never disappoints. These last 9 Days were no exception. We stayed in one of the best Deluxe Ocean View rooms (4440) on the 4th Floor with sweeping views of the ocean activities. the beach and overlooking the main resort pool. The rooms have been updated last year and reflex the commitment to give the guests a superior experience. We found housekeeping very obliging as to our requests for extra bedding or furniture such as chairs pillows. The level of attention the cleaners gave the room everyday was excellent especially the turn down and refresh every night when we were at dinner. The all Inclusive option is remarkable, allowing you to not worry for your entire stay as to what your bill will be at checkout, irrespective as to the amount you indulged with during your stay. Your biggest concern will be whether to indulge that 4th or 5th drink before lunch at the pool. The Grand Cafe Buffet (open 24hrs) or any of the onsite restaurants(Steak/Seafood, Indian, Chinese) are there for you to visit during the day , drinks and food flow freely around the pool and cafe and you room bar fridge is included and stocked daily at no further charge. As and older couple we took advantage of the free 24hr room service option and dined on our balcony several evenings. Nice being able to order a steak sandwich or meal at 3am and not being charged for the trouble. The free laundry allowance of 2 pieces per day per guest cumulative was a god send as we were allowed 18 pieces of laundry each during our stay allowing us to return home without a pile of dirty clothes. As all inclusive guests you have free entry to nightly shows and dining events at the staged dinner shows at the resort or you can opt to dine À la carte every meal. Our entire 9 day stay was flawless with the politest staff i have every found at any hotel , resort. The wait staff were excellent , attentive and helpful without being intrusive, special mention to DeWa.S in grand cafe who made every visit special and was so obliging no matter how demanding the workload. Overall we were made to feel like family members not strangers like in most resorts. We never used our included vouchers for free Jetski , Banana boat, Spa, Massage and other activities as we leave the action sports to the young ones, in our 70's we are happy sitting by the pool with our cocktails, drinks and food reading our books and watching the young ones go wild - heaven. The free Airport Transfers included for guests just makes this resort the best option and value for money, we have found after traveling the world for 50 years So Spoil your self and go all Inclusive at the best resort in Bali you wont regret it

We recently spent a week at this lovely resort in Nusa Dua. From the minute we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We enjoyed every aspect of the resort including facilities and meals. We loved the aqua aerobics and yoga sessions. We had purchased the all inclusive which in our opinion was good value for money. Special mention to the following staff members who made our stay extra special Deena, Esa , Ayu, Nanda, Sinta, Agus, Parsa, Ari, Manta, Novita, Rena, and Meysa and anyone else we missed.

Rooms are good, pillows are horrible (way too big). People are nice, food is okay, nothing special. Overall good experience. Definitely not a normal 5 star, but would give it a 3-4 stars.

We enjoyed a memorable experience at the Grand Mirage and would definitely stay there again. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, willing to help us with any request. The food was excellent, it felt like an amazing restful and luxurious holiday and a beautiful resort.
