Wonderful hotel be honest, but I looked the couch it's a lots had stain and unclean I feel sorry to said this I hope the staff maintain the cleanliness of property the hotel, for the staff has a good service I really greatful during stay here, for the breakfast was fine, and also thanks a lot to Satya he give me a parfum and help me take my luggage when I check out, thankyou for everything😊

We are couple that stay in bali one month and this is our first time stay in canggu which is at tui blue berawa, but unfortunately we stay only 1 night and we take the premier suite room, the hotel and room was really nice all of the staff is friendly and they always give the best their smile, although during the check in process we wait our room a bit late but it's fine to our because we order some drink in hono bar, then when our room was ready satya assist we go to the room and bring our luggage and bag, we leave special thanks to satya from reception team that help we during stay, he really friendly and always give good service during we stay, we promice we will back next year and stay more at tui blue berawa

Everyone in the staff was amazing and ayu too was very kind. We stayed in the presedential room it looked amazing but the only thing was the music from the restaurant/ club near would be on untill midnight. For me it was no problem but it is good to know before u book. The room was very luxury and clean everyday. The staff very kind always!
