Apartamentos LIVVO Morromar

The food here is absolutely disgusting hot dogs and burgers chips everyday for afternoon snack food freezing it’s not hot at all and also the burgers are dry as carpet for what we have paid all inclusive this is just not acceptable we have been eating out would not feed my dog this food glad to go home 😡😡😡😡

We arrived at the Livvo Morromar as a party of 12 family members. Ages were from 12 to 68. The check in was awful, the guy was miserable and took ages to check us in and gave no info to us. We were tired and arrived very late and struggled to find our rooms in the dark. You have to leave a 20 euro deposit for the air con and as we didnt take cash we had to walk to the local shopping centre to get the cash to get the air con working in our room. Why this couldn't be done on card I have no idea. When we got to our studio room the patio door had to be slammed to close it, the laminate floor was lifting, the cupboards were falling apart and the shower was useless. If you put the shower on it completely flooded the apartment due to the angle of the shower head holder which couldn't be adjusted. You had to hold the shower head in your hand and wash yourself with the other hand! The food was boring. Nothing made us ill and we always found something to get by on but the meat choices were cheap quality pork and overcooked white fish and almost all of it was hidden under a sauce so you couldn't see how rubbish it was. Breakfast was also cheap and over cooked and not many options for cereals and non cooked items. No bagels and the only eggs they had were boiled or fried, no options for poached eggs or omelettes. The drinks were a joke.. despite having all inclusive bands we had to give in tokens to exchange for 2 child sized cups which you had to return to get more drinks. If you wanted to get yourself and members of your party a drink you had to go back multiple times as they will only serve you 2 drinks at a time. Not ideal when you have multiple children and those with walking difficulties with you. The queue for drinks at the pool bar was always ridiculous and the floor was a danger zone. I nearly fell over several times. There are 2 pools and one of them has no access to a toilet or bar which was rubbish. There is only 1 buffet restaurant which has no air conditioning working. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sit and eat a meal at and had a school canteen feel to it. Unfortunately the evening entertainment room and bar was even worse, absolutely boiling and uncomfortable plastic chairs. No air con in any public areas at all and no public seating anywhere outside which was weird. The entertainment was pretty awful and the shop on site is insanely expensive. We had fun as a family and it is a 3 star hotel so you cant expect luxury but the place is tired, in need of a refurb and needs better food and drink options.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic holiday – magical for kids, teens and brilliant for adults! We had such a wonderful stay, and we have to start by giving the biggest thanks to Sito, Alex, and Isabella they made our holiday absolutely brilliant! They created such a magical, fun atmosphere for the children, and the adult banter was just perfect too, exactly what you want on a break. A special mention to Sito ,this is our second year coming here, and he’s the main reason we chose to come back. He’s so welcoming, respectful, and has such a one-of-a-kind, warm, engaging personality. He’s genuinely one of this hotel’s greatest assets, always making everyone feel right at home. Alex and Isabella were just as fantastic , they kept the whole holiday fun, full of laughs, and such good vibes from start to finish. The daytime activities were great too a really good range of different things to do, perfect for breaking up the day and keeping that lovely holiday feeling going. 🍔 Food & dining - Poolside snacks had a great selection ,plenty of pizza, burgers, and hotdogs, always tasty. The whole area was spotlessly clean and easy to get around. - The hotel restaurants were immaculately clean and tidy, with a really good range of food that tasted fantastic. We noticed such lovely improvements since last year great to see! If you fancy something different, there are other restaurants just a 5-minute walk away, reasonably priced and lovely for a change of scene. 📍 Local area & extras Puerto del Carmen is only a 10-minute taxi ride away for just €6 and there’s a taxi rank right outside the hotel, so it couldn’t be easier. We’d highly recommend Rock Ola only 5 minutes’ walk away, such a friendly bar, and they do amazing cocktails! 🎤 Evening entertainment Nighttime entertainment was excellent a great mix of different acts, and we loved the karaoke night too. Once again, the entertainment staff were brilliant so respectful, and made sure people of all ages felt included and had a great time. Only small suggestions: air conditioning in the bar/entertainment area would pool tables for older kids. ✨ Overall An all-round fantastic experience. Huge thank you to every single member of staff, and especially Sito, Alex, and Isabella you made our holiday so special. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our second year here as a family and it was another brilliant experience. The staff were great, the food was great but a special shout out to the entertainment team, Sito, Alex and Isabella, absolutely fantastic team and filled our holiday with laughs and great times. As a large family we have visited a number of places together, however this is our 2nd visit to livvo morromar and already planning our 3rd!! The entertainment is the heart of this resort Sito was fundamental in our desire to return, both Alex and Isabella were a 5* addition to this year's trip! Sito, Alex and Isabella provided fun, laughs and endless wonderful memories for our whole family! They are a credit to this resort and the main reason would return! The rooms - clean and comfortable, equipped for all your needs. The food and snacks cater to all palates, the bar does not disappoint! Both pools are clean, all in all a great place to go!
