Just back from a 4 night stay, this hotel is amazing, rooms are massive and the pool area is great, love that they take the towel’s away if your not at the pool for a bit so it was always easy to get a bed, the staff were all so friendly and helpful and welcoming, asked for a extra pillow and by the time we come back to the room, the guy had dropped it off, will be back

Attention to detail-if you’ve complained about something in the past…. This hotel must have read them all and made sure it doesn’t happen here! From the second you walk in! Attentive and friendly staff on reception. Great language abilities and have all the essential information. Room was lovely. There was a small walk in wardrobe with drawers and plenty of hanging space and hangers. A large safe that’s easy to operate (for free). Modern bathroom with hairdryer and magnifying mirror. Large shower and a non slip bath mat provided for in the shower. Towels are bath sheets so a good size and you get the use of a towelling dressing gown and slippers. Fresh towels when you leave them on the floor. They provide 2 pool towels per person and they have thought of everything here too! The towel is the length of the sun lounger and it hooks over the top of the lounger. No pegs or bands required! And another towel to dry yourself off of a similar size. You can change these every day if you wish. Tea and coffee facilities in the room topped up daily and also a bottle of water in the fridge. On arrival we also had a tube of Pringles-winner!! Comfortable bed, we asked for extra pillows and they were brought to our room within minutes. Air con is really good, so good at night I was freezing but my partner said it’s too hot to sleep with it off/turned down, so I had the duvet out the wardrobe on me. When they made our bed they did it so the duvet was just on my side! ❤️cleaning was faultless everyday. Breakfast was great, wide choice of breakfast food. Eggs cooked how you want them plus the usual buffet breakfast. They have the usual hotel coffee machines but they took it to the next level and you can use a teapot for your cuppa, and they also give you a jug of coffee and one of milk on your table, I loved this little touch. The waiting on staff were fantastic and incredibly attentive and professional. The pools are heated and perfect to get in and cool off on a hot day. The roof top sun terrace was nice and peaceful with a small pool and a jacuzzi with stunning views of mount Teide and the surrounding area. Our room faced the road, it was busy but once you shut the doors you hear nothing. Very peaceful sleep. The hotel is very peaceful and has a chilled out atmosphere. The location was good, close to lots of restaurants and shops, and a short walk to the beach. We would love to come here again.

Wow, wow, wow! Beautiful large rooms, beautifully decorated with mini fridge, safe, walk in wardrobe and very large shower. So many added extras too many to mention. Hotel itself is very clean and the decoration is very well thought out. We loved the roof top solarium with very comfortable sun beds and an amazing pool. You can lay on the sun-bed and see the sea and watch the world go by. Just amazing! Breakfast very tasty couldn’t fault it. All the staff around the hotel are so friendly. Overall a wonderful hotel that is central to all of the restaurants, bars and the beach. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely return.

This Hotel is superb and will be back again. Great location for so many great restaurants locally. Couldn’t fault it, one of the best.

Second visit to this fabulous hotel and hopefully not the last. We love everything about this hotel and the location is close to shops, bars, restaurants and also a short walk to fabulous beaches. The hotel offers beautiful spacious comfortable rooms and staff are very welcoming. Pool areas are spotless with a relaxing atmosphere and amazing views. Breakfast is plentiful and we had some lovely food at the poolside restaurant/bar too. Nice touches of fresh bottled water every day. We received a lovely complimentary bottle of fizz on arrival as a returning customer and also a handy shopping bag as a gift on departure which was an unexpected treat. They really make it a holiday to remember and I can't wait to return.
