Have been visiting this hotel for years. It is always amazing. From the facilities, the cleanliness, the food and the kind and helpful staff who always make sure everything is as you need it to be there is nothing to say other than 5 stars every time. Big shout out to Veronica who always checks in with us and makes sure all is well. Always sad to leave and always recommending to family and friends. Hope to return next year. Thanks for another great holiday.

Well this was our second visit and again the staff were excellent The rooms were cleaned every day and left spotless The grounds and the pool are faultless Wonderful bounty at breakfast The only thing I would say is the booking of sunbeds was worse than the first time we went two years previously I guess the life guard was more ruthless first time round Other than that pretty much perfect Advice for anyone going no inflatables or playing catch and accidentally hitting other guests in the head aloud in the pool If your looking for a chilled out few days, like having your drinks brought to you in a comfortable environment then you can’t go wrong Already booked up for next year

The Jardines de Nivaria is a fantastic, relaxing hotel well located for what the surrounding area has to offer The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are fantastic with nothing being too much trouble for them, everyone has a smile on their face and enjoy working at the Hotel. The food is exceptional, we celebrated my wife’s birthday with breakfast at Cascada, the quality of the food and the personal service was second to none. Although some of the entertainment is low key it’s good enough to help you enjoy a drink in Bar Tiffany. The Jardines is just one of those hotels that are so good you know you will be back. Massive thank you to everyone at the hotel for the wonderful holiday we have just enjoyed

Hotel is pristine. Staff are fantastic, really helpful. Our room was spacious, loved the walk in wardrobe. We were bed and breakfast, the buffet had plenty of choice and was delicious. Great location for the beach, shops and restaurants.

A truly fairy‑tale stay at Hotel Jardines de Nivaria. Everything was perfect — from the room and its cleanliness to the excellent quality of the food, the evening entertainment and the efficiency of all the services. This hotel fully deserves its five‑star rating. We had a magnificent time and started missing it the very minute we left. I highly recommend staying here: you will definitely not be disappointed, in fact, you’ll be absolutely delighted!
