Extremely happy with every aspect of this hotel, very clean, food was good, staff are amazing and very good entertainment

A great location, close to seafront, shops, market. A beautiful, amazing hotel with lots of character. Warm friendly staff. Wide choice of menu. Amazing, huge main swimming pool. Although the rooms are a little tired, they're comfortable, well equipped with a generous size balcony. Only gripe - only 2 sockets in the apartment worked. A couple of shows were okay and a few were excellent. This was our second holiday at this hotel and we would definitely return.

Just got home after 10 days all inclusive at the GF Isabel. We were in room 621 which was really close to the main pool and the top pool, my boys got a lot of use out of the snack bar! I thought the food was great. Breakfast was fantastic. Absolutely loved the toasties and hot dogs at the snack bar, as well as salads and fresh fruit. Evening meals were tasty and plenty to choose from but we liked to eat out so only went a couple of times. Fresh pool towels everyday, room cleaned daily and to a high standard. We had a one deb bungalow which was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Bathroom could do with modernising but the shower was really powerful and reliable temperature. The whole place was very clean. Managed to get sun beds without a fight and this was peak school holiday time. Might have to queue to get the ones that are in direct sunlight all day but we weren’t bothered. Always beds at the top pool. All inclusive drinks were generally good and we mainly had dorada lager or cava as our alcoholic beverage. The cocktails on the AI were ok. Nothing fancy really but they were strong! Location was excellent as it was pretty quiet at night but close to the beaches for when we wanted a wander. The only things I would like to see improved is the food provision on our late night arrival. As we didn’t really know where we were going and it wasn’t obvious the dining room was open to us, it took us ages to get fed 🙈 the food that night didn’t really appeal to my boys so they were a bit hungry. I really enjoyed the evening entertainment but sometimes for the wrong reasons 🤣 it was a good atmosphere though and some of the acts were brilliant.

We landed home just a few hours ago and can honestly say we’re all so sad to be back! We had the best time at this hotel, staff are friendly, plenty of entertainment (8 year old son LOVED the mini disco). Food was ok but plenty of choice! Special thanks to Nina who chatted to son in the mornings, lovely lady! We checked in and were taken for a ride with luggage to our room which was fun, the whole experience was fantastic and a great location too, we walked to the aqua park! Room was a good size, large balcony and cleaned daily. We asked for a quiet room due to son’s ADHD which was accommodated no problem. The music from nearby hotel is loud till midnight but with the doors closed you couldn’t hear it. Thank you gf Isabel for a wonderful holiday, we will be back! Muchas gracias!

Just back from here Hotel is old and tired Saying that they are doing some rooms up . They were working on the floor below us last week we where not told of this when we checked in . So you could not have a sleep in as the noise was dreadful drills and kangos going all day . When we said it to the staff at reception they just said nothing they could do . They were no bothered.
