HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife

This is our second year as a family staying at HD Parque Cristobal and we were not disappointed. Rooms are clean and spacious, cleaned daily. Food is great with lots of options for everyone. Location is perfect, right in the middle of everything going on but quiet enough in the evenings to settle little ones down. Staff are always friendly and extremely funny, especially our Number 1 Juan who may have even beaten Marco Polo to the post this year. Everyone is so welcoming and the atmosphere here is always great. Would recommend time and time again.

Just returned from a very nice break at HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife. I'll keep the review as short as possible. All of the staff were fantastic. The biggest shout must go out to Juan, a member of the waiting staff (Juan, it's Sam, if you're reading this :) I promised I'd write a review, so here it is. Stay in touch!!). Juan made the whole experience superb. A very friendly and funny guy that had a laugh with everyone he met, adult and child alike. He made sure everyone was laughing and smiling when in his company and I really can't speak highly enough of him. The accommodation was clean and very spacious. We were all inclusive and still had a kitchen area, living space, very clean bathroom and 2 very decent sized bedrooms in our bungalow. The swimming pools are clean and kept well. There was absolutely no issue getting sunbeds, so long as you were/are up before 9.30-10am (I was usually the first down along with a few other early risers @ 7am but ample beds still available to later risers). The animation team were fantastic with all of the kids from what we saw. One downside (and this isn't on the entertainment team at all) was the lack of evening entertainment. There was usually a show in the downstairs auditorium from 9pm-10pm but little else. There is a stage by the restaurant terrace that could have been used more than it was as a lot of people sat around playing cards during the evenings when they could have been enjoying a more expansive entertainment program. The food was okay. As with most all inclusive holidays it was very samey and was hit and miss for some of our family, meaning we eat out a few evenings across our stay. That said, it may just come down to individual taste. Overall a very enjoyable holiday and would recommend to families looking for a relaxing break with the added benefit of being in a central location if you wanted to mix it up a bit and venture out in to the main throng of Playa de las Americas.

Absolutely love HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife. Plenty of food choices. I went with family 1 of whom is gluten free. Very accommodating. Rooms spacious and clean with aircon. All Staff are super and friendly. Breath of fresh air. Special shout out to Marco, breakfast would not be the same without your charm “Princess” flattery will get you everywhere🙂 also Juan “my bodyguard “ looking after me(jokingly) when my family kept me waiting sometimes at start of meals… Close to lot of shops, supermarkets and Sunday is the Market in Los Cristianos loads to see…..will absolutely visit here again. Absolutely Brilliant Stay We had an amazing time at HD Parque Cristóbal Tenerife — this place delivers. 🍽️ The food choices were spot‑on. Loads of variety, always fresh, and nobody went hungry. Simple as that. 👋 The staff were genuinely lovely and made us feel welcome from the second we arrived. Special shout‑out to Marco Polo — friendly, funny, respectful, and an absolute star behind the bar. 🎉 Entertainment was great fun without being in‑your‑face. Pool games, aquafit, themed activities — all well thought out and actually enjoyable. Kids club exists, but mine are older so can’t comment. 🏊 Pools were clean, tidy, and well maintained. Yes, the usual towel‑reservations happened, but we always found a bed — perfect for the shade worshipper I am. Smoking area kept the poolside clear, which was great for families. Every room having two sunbeds and an umbrella outside? Absolute win. 🔧 One of our door locks stopped responding — five minutes after calling reception, maintenance arrived and had us back inside. Couldn’t fault them. 🧼 Rooms cleaned daily (except Sundays — hello lie‑in). Soft towels, good quality. We stayed all‑inclusive and still had a hob, fridge, and microwave in the room for out‑of‑hours snacks.room_experience 🌴 Location- It’s on a busy street, but once you’re inside the hotel grounds, it’s peaceful. You can’t hear a thing. ⭐ Overall A friendly, clean, well‑run hotel with great food, great staff, and great vibes. We’ll definitely be back.

I love this hotel the staff are wonderful and all very friendly. It has a very welcoming atmosphere and for a family is excellent value for money. The hotel is clean and the bungalows are a really good size. The entertainment is ok but more for families although the aqua dance and aqua gym are great fun the guy who runs them is great. There are lots of bars and restaurants near by and it’s close to both the golden mile and Veronica’s strip. This was our second visit and overall I enjoyed it however I’m not sure I would return because the change of chef unfortunately has meant that the quality of the buffet isn’t what it was last year which was so disappointing.
