HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje

Stayed at this hotel in August we did have a few snags either our room but spoke to customer service at hotel and was sorted and fixed immediately after that excellent. We had a comfort room all inclusive and had s brilliant stay. Rooms and hotel cleanliness was brilliant, food amazing always something for everyone, drinks were great and entertainment great. The entertainment team worked their socks off day and night and were very friendly in fact all the staff at the hotel were friendly. Pool was lovely and plenty of sun beds. A great stay at a fabulous hotel. Hopefully we can return soon. Many people said they upgraded to excellence which is fine if that’s what they want but we were comfort room all inclusive and had no complaints at all.

We never stayed at this hotel - we stayed at the HOVIMA suites round the corner but we used the Cool Spa facilities here on a cloudy afternoon which was lovely! Note: the spa is located within the HOVIMA Cool Adults hotel, we had some confusion getting there with the Spanish taxi driver. We really enjoyed our time at the HOVIMA Cool Spa - we paid £20pp for 2 hours at the hydro experience which gave us access to the pools, sauna, Turkish bath, float pool, ice plunge etc. It is reasonably small but not overly busy at all - I assume they only let in so many guests per time slot. If you staying st either hotel I would recommend booking a slot. (Pics taken towards end of time slot where guests had left).

Had a fantastic stay so far! The views from our room (714) are phenomenal! We are so glad we upgraded to the excellence package! The entertainment team are amazing! Very friendly, fun and energetic! Definitely worth taking part in as many activities as you can!

We are having a wonderful at the Hoovima Cool. The stuff are lovely especially Lorenzo and Allesandro! We have a beautiful room with a nice view. We are room 328.

The staff are great and very helpful, really recommend this hotel.
