HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje

Another superb 2 week visit to this wonderful hotel. We paid extra for the excellence package which we could not fault. I have seen other reviews saying the extra cost is not worth it, but I would completely disagree (each to their own as they say). The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The food, particularly that provided in the excellence area of the dining room was first class with a wide variety of choices. My only recommendation would be to provide a menu similar to the lunch time service at the evening meal. But the experience is made by the fantastic and friendly staff. It would be difficult (and very lengthy) to mention all those who provided such a memorable holiday. However special mention to Pedro, Asia, Miguel, Bryan and Antonio in the Restaurant; Noureddine in the bar, Arial the pool lifeguard and all round helper, and, of course, all the entertainment staff. A very special mention also to Ainara, the Guest Relations Manager, who works tirelessly, often behind the scene, to ensure all guests have a wonderful time. This lady is an absolute gem and the hotel (and guests) are very lucky to have her. All in all, another fabulous and memorable holiday at a very special hotel and our sincere thanks go to all who made it so.

Excellent Food, great entertainment and amazing atmosphere. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are so welcoming and interactive. They have different activities each night and during the day and it’s been a great stay. Room 341

great hotel and great atmosphere. lovely staff and can’t do enough for you. no table service but bars never seem to have much of a queue if any and drink is fine. food good lots of choice and different things on each day. entertainment a bit hit and miss but you have strip right outside if you want something specific gym good but needs air con as gets very hot

Just came back from the beautiful Hovima hotel and my happy place, all the staff go the extra mile making sure you have the best experience! The cleanliness and atmosphere of the hotel is exceptional! The location of the hotel is situated perfect to explore the lovely Costa Adeje, near to the beach, shops and bars. Cant wait to return again in September! OH MY GOD I LOVE MY JOB!

Just returned from another holiday at this hotel. From arrival to departure the service received was excellent. Check in really quick with time spent explaining everything. Cleanliness outstanding everywhere. Waiters and bar staff friendly and entertaining. Lovely bottle of bubbly arrived in the morning as it was my birthday and happy birthday was sang to me. Lovely cake also received for my husband and I on the evening. Animation team fantastic put on a remarkable funny show with just 4 of them. Ocean Blue restaurant lovely, Security also helped with cases
