MYND Adeje

Our third trip to Mynd Adeje and it never disappoints! Simply a fabulous hotel set up for the perfect relaxing trip! Modern clean rooms with very comfortable beds. We had a welcome back card waiting for us in the room - nice touch! We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast is lovely with something for everyone. It is never packed which is a good thing and I was well impressed with the blackboard at the entrance showing the volume of food wasted on the previous morning. Don't fill your plate with food you aren't going to eat, people! Waste not, want not! I have seen some reveiws here mention the area the hotel is in - it is a quiet area but has everything you need within a five minute walk. A good hotel is nothing without the right people and Mynd has all the right people in the right places. Eva and Ebrina at reception were super friendly and helpful. I topped my wallet up so often that Ebrina remembered my room number eventually. I love the wallet system! We spent most of the week on the rooftop, which, as I've mentioned in previous reviews, is a stunning location with some fabulous sunsets over La Gomera and a huge part of why we love Mynd Adeje so much. That brings me nicely back to the people again. The staff at Lacumbre are excellent. Starting with Goyo and Leo. Then you have Dani who worked the crowd like a pro and was so friendly. Rafa is exactly the same Rafa we first met in 2024 - he's like the brother you never knew you had! And then there is Eva! Eva is perpetual motion behind the bar and always doing something. She is so friendly and helpful and always has a ready smile! A huge asset to Mynd Adeje! We have already booked for next year for our fourth trip and he countdown has begun. Thank you, Mynd Adeje for helping us make memories!

I don't usually like to return to the same place, but I will keep returning to MYND Adeje. All he staff are amazing. It's a hidden gem of a place. Diego, Aurelio and the whole team in Lamesa restaurant made us feel like royalty each time that we dined there. Dani and the team at Lacumbre rooftop bar were wonderful. We really enjoyed Dani's cocktail making class and the Barraquito class, he passed on some great knowledge to us. Cannot wait to return!

We had a lovely holiday at this hotel and overall really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are a good size and offer great value for money, while the hotel itself is clean, well maintained and has good facilities. The staff were also friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made for a pleasant experience. One of the main positives was the location and overall atmosphere of the hotel. The facilities were well equipped, and everything felt clean and looked after. The complimentary breakfast was also a great addition and offered a good selection, although we felt it could have benefited from a wider choice of meats and more hot food options. Our main concern was the room we were allocated. We were placed on the ground floor directly next to the breakfast/dining area. Unfortunately, this meant that people were frequently walking past and looking towards our balcony, which made it difficult to feel comfortable using it. There was also very loud music on Wednesday night coming from the hotel, which was still clearly audible even with our balcony door closed. We did raise our concerns with reception. The staff were friendly and apologetic, but unfortunately they were unable to move us at the time as they said there were no other rooms available. We feel hotels should always keep some spare rooms available in case guests experience issues and need to be relocated. We were later told that a room on the first floor would become available three nights into our stay, but we would have to pay a $25 cleaning fee to move. We felt this was disappointing, particularly as the room situation was due to factors outside of our control, and having to pay an additional fee added to our frustration. That said, these issues did not ruin our holiday. The hotel has a lot going for it, including friendly staff, clean facilities, good value rooms and a pleasant overall atmosphere. We enjoyed our time here and, despite the issues with our room, we would happily return and stay at the hotel again. It would be helpful if guests could be given the option when booking to choose whether they are comfortable staying on the ground floor near the dining area, as this would make an already enjoyable stay even better.

Me and my friend are just coming back from our first girls holiday ever! We were amazed by the hotel and the staff they couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was kept clean and well looked after and the staff were phenomenal! A special mention to Ebrina on the front desk who helped us through our stay and gave us loads of recommendations of things to do and see and for always being helpful nothing was ever too much for her! We loved waking up each morning and seeing her in reception. Also a special mention to Miguel who was in the restaurant always made us feel welcomed and was a good laugh! Thank you both!

Had the best time at MYND Adeje! The hotel was amazing and all of the staff were incredible - always happy to help. We were greeted by Naomi on arrival who explained everything so clearly and helped us check in. The rooftop area is unbelievable and we had the best time there both during the day and in the evening - Gabriel, Fabio and Rafa were all absolutely amazing! The food was so fresh and good to have the choice of how to use the daily credit as there are lots of great places to eat around Callao Salvaje. The beach is so close too and great transport links to Adeje and Siam Park whilst being a nice calm, quiet area to be able to have a relaxing break! Absolutely loved my stay and will definitely be back! Thank you to all of the staff at MYND Adeje for helping us have such a great trip 💜
