MYND Adeje

We had a fantastic 5 nights at MYND Adeje. We were greeted on arrival by a very friendly receptionist ( they were all lovely) and were upgraded to a suit which was amazing. The room was spacious and had all We needed including a kettle and cups ( I had emailed prior to arrival asking for tea making facilities in our room). The shower was great, lovely and powerful, had both rainfall and standard heads. The bed was just fantastic it was huge, much bigger than a uk superking, was really comfy and the pillows were amazing, I would love to know what pillows they are and where I can get some? All the staff we had interactions with were lovely and friendly, especially the bar staff ,recommend some great cocktails with very generous measures. The whole hotel had just a lovey relaxed feel about it.

First time at this hotel, arrived at 22.15 and was greeted by a young lady on reception who explained most things about the hotel and served complimentary drinks, the rooms were very nice and very clean and modern with a cooler unit,tv, And air con. The whole hotel was kept very clean in all areas. No need to put towels out on the sun beds as they were always available. I would highly recommend this hotel. One very good feature was the water filter/cooler machine there is one in reception And you could have access to water 24/7. Special acknowledgment to Ebrina on reception what a lovely pleasant lady cannot do enough for you if you require anything she is a super asset to this hotel. Now the things that need attention in my opinion, The breakfast opens at 07.30 hours we arrived at 07.35 and there was no fruit juices out at all so I asked the chef in green attire for orange juice and she pointed me to the juice station but she then realised that they had forgotten to put anything out, and went to get it corrected. But 15 minutes later there was still no orange juice so I asked the lady with blonde hair who usually was setting tables and I was told that she was on her own and it will be dealt with later I asked how later ? She replied later I am too busy. We finished breakfast and it still had not been sorted. 2 days later we went to breakfast at approx 07.45 the juice station was on but the jars were full of diluted water (the dispensers were empty) I brought to the attention of the chef who put someone to replace the cartridges in the machine this took approx 20 mins. Both occasion were within 20 minutes of opening surely this should be checked before opening. And the young lady that was extremely busy well the breakfast bar was almost empty, the tables were set so busy doing what? The only other thing is that in the rooms there is no kettle facilities for a hot drink which in a good hotel is very rare. All in this still is a very good hotel and I would highly recommend.

Just got back from our 3rd year here, and we had a brilliant time once again. It’s so chilled and peaceful, everything you could possibly want for a break away from work to fully recharge the batteries. ​Special shout-outs to Bianca and Naomi, who every year are so welcoming and helpful with recommending great places to visit and eat. ​A big thanks to the guys at the rooftop bar too for looking after us in the evenings with a few too many cocktails. The Long Island Iced Teas were legendary! 🤣 ​Final big shout-out to Fernando at the pool bar. Every year you look after us beautifully. Thank you, mi amigo! 😍 ​We can't recommend this place highly enough. The breakfast is excellent, and the half board wallet is a brilliant idea. See you next year guys x

My husband and I stayed here for a 5 night break and it was exactly what we wanted. Very clean, fabulous breakfast, relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff. It's a quieter part of the island but there are still a good amount of resturants within walking distance. We loved how the wallet worked too, would highly reccommend this for a relaxed get away for a couple or friends.

We love this hotel & have visited every year since its opening . The atmosphere is very relaxed & the staff are extremely helpful . The area is quiet but with some good restaurants, you can always use the bus to travel to other busier areas or take a taxi . We have always found it to be good value for money . Corinne & Diego deserve a mention for outstanding customer service & the barman who made me a special cocktail
