Rooms lovely and clean, cleaned daily. Hotel is very clean. The noise levels has been amazing, not heard any noise considering we got a email about potential noise from the work in hotel but we have not heard anything or anything around the hotel. Food - breakfast is not so good, some items cold when eating. Lunch and dinner has been excellent though. Good service. The value is good, as well as good atmosphere throughout. It’s in a good location, we do love coming here. Will defo return, this place holds a lot of memories, with a new one of an engagement here🤍

Can’t fault this hotel for cleanliness and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The All inclusive package for Vegetarians is very disappointing with very limited choices. The choices that are available are not clearly marked as vegetarian and are often placed right next to fish or meat dishes risking cross contamination. The presence of cockroaches in the room is extremely high. After asking for the room to be treated it’s clear this was not done as they were present most nights often 3 or 4 at a time Based on the pest issues and disappointing food choices I would not stay here again

We’ve just returned from a 14-night family holiday at Paradise Park Hotel in Tenerife, and overall we had a fantastic time and made some really special family memories. We were really pleasantly surprised by the all-inclusive offering. The food was genuinely very good, with plenty of choice throughout our stay, and it was a lovely bonus that all the drinks were branded, which isn’t always the case with all-inclusive holidays. The staff were one of the real highlights of our stay. They were always pleasant, welcoming and genuinely friendly, which made such a difference to our experience. A huge special mention to Stephanie from the animation team. She was absolutely fantastic with our daughter and made her feel so special and welcome in the kids’ club and during the mini discos. It was lovely to see how much she enjoyed herself, and Stephanie really helped make those moments memorable for her. ❤️ Another big thank you to Jesus, who worked in the restaurant but also covered shifts behind the bar in 4EverFun. He was always friendly, helpful and had a great attitude — another member of staff who really stood out during our stay. We did have a couple of unfortunate incidents during our 14 nights, but what really impressed us was how quickly and professionally the hotel management dealt with them. On our 12th day, we had an issue with a lifeguard who was rather rude towards us. We raised this with management, who dealt with it quickly and appropriately and even offered us a bottle of champagne as an apology. We really appreciated the way they listened and took the matter seriously. Unfortunately, our last night was slightly spoiled by a neighbouring guest who had clearly had a little too much to drink and became very abusive. Again, the hotel acted promptly and the guest was removed from the site. Whilst it wasn't the way we wanted to end our holiday, we were pleased with how seriously the hotel took the situation and how quickly they acted to resolve it. Overall, despite these couple of incidents, we had a brilliant family holiday at Paradise Park. The friendly staff, surprisingly good food, branded drinks and fantastic entertainment team all made it a really enjoyable 14-night stay. A special thank you to Stephanie, Jesus and all the staff who helped make our holiday so memorable.

Location is good. Lots of places to go out and eat and drink. A walk down to the sea front. Great holiday atmosphere Rooms clean and tidy. Staff wonderful and look after you. Thank you Alfonso for your service at breakfast. First class. Thank you all staff. Great valve with half board
