Lovely hotel, food was amazing something for everyone, two fantastic pools. Rooms cleaned and refreshed every day, downside fridge did not work, air conditioning gave up after 3 days supposedly fixed but wasn’t only had a fan to keep us cool. Ksenia on reception was a pleasure, always smiling nothing too much trouble went out of her way to be helpful, thank you !!!

The location was ok. We did not expect the hotel to be so noisy and packed. There were teenagers that were allowed to run riot at all hours kicking footballs against the walls and doors. One night this on until around 3:15am. The sun beds were all gone by 9:30. We felt there should have been more with the amount of people that the buildings had in them. The room was a good size but it had at least five cockroaches in every day which I had to catch and put out. The staff at the desk didn’t seem that bothered about it and did nothing about getting rid of them. Although the beds were made almost every day, the room was not cleaned and the floors were filthy with lots of dirt and hair everywhere. They were not swept. The bathroom was only cleaned once for the whole week and the towel rail fell off the wall and was not put back on. The pool area was very crowded with one bar and only one member of staff serving, so you had to wait at least 15 minutes to get a drink in very small glasses. The food was repetitive but nice and there was quite a good choice. Now the worst part. My 65 years old sister slipped and fell in the shower on our second day there and broke her ankle. The floor in the shower was very slippery when wet as was the floor in the bathroom. When I went to get the TUI rep for help and he came to the room, he laughed. Luckily my sister hadn’t got undressed yet, just turned the water on ready. He called an ambulance and then went off and left us to it to wait for them. We spent a good part of that day in the hospital where she was put in plaster. So that ruined the rest of the holiday as we couldn’t go on any day trips and she couldn’t go in the pool or sea. Since coming home, I’ve not heard from TUI about the accident. So overall the holiday was horrible and we would definitely not go back there again.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The animation team, especially Davide and Oceann, they absolutely amazing and truly went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. They were friendly, energetic, and always gave 100% — they genuinely never stop! Honestly, they deserve a raise because of how hard they work and how much effort they put into entertaining and looking after everyone. They are without a doubt the best animation team we’ve ever experienced! The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return again!

Perfect experience Nice pools Nice friendly staff Close to see and shops

First of all it doesn’t feel like a 3 star, The food is very nice and they always had something to pick from especially the paella was 10/10. The queue for the bars by the pool was never longer than 5 minutes and the snack bar always had food on it. But what made the holiday was the staff, from the cleaners, chefs, bartenders to the receptionist but especially to the TUI reps and entertainment team they would always have a smile on there face and try to make sure you are having the best day possible. Now all the entertainment staff did an amazing job they really did but Davide went above and beyond he would be why people wouldn't change and would come back to this resort again and again. We was unsure at first but we will definitely be coming next year.
