Vanilla Garden

Writing this, it’s unfortunately our night before the last day, overall i absolutely love the hotel and the staff, id definitely come back! Its been amazing weather here and the reception staff are very welcoming & friendly, i even managed to practice a small amount of spanish with Mario! The only one downside (which cant be helped) is the drunken people outside at 4am each night! Id recommend booking a room within the 300s so youre away from the main entrance! But besides that, we had an amazing experience and id definitely come back here & recommend it to people who dont want a busy holiday, its not far from all the shops which you can walk or even use an electric scooter to! We got engaged and received a free bottle of wine! Thanks for the experience!

This is a fantastic hotel, ideally situated near the Golden Mile, but far enough away from the nightclub noise. Great welcome at reception, greeted with a reception drink and lots of useful information given by the lovely female receptionist. The room was lovely and clean, with a large bathroom and plenty of space to store your toiletries. All hotel staff are very pleasant and polite and it is obvious that they are all hard working. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Always managed to get a sunbed even if it was on the terrace above the pool area. We really enjoyed the afternoon music by the pool, that took place twice during our stay and we also enjoyed the live evening entertainment . The food was gorgeous, a wide variety to choose from and plenty of it. Janet the TUI rep was great too! Booked us onto an excursion up the Mount Teige which was fantastic and would recommend this to everyone. The hotel is kept clean at all times and we would definitely stay here again.

Location next to Veronica’s but far enough to be quiet. Hotel good clean rooms are nice size and clean. Only thing is s food We have tried it three times so far and being disappointed each time so have eaten out every night and plan to eat out every time now Which will now make it an expensive holiday

There's so much that's really great about the hotel. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk down to the beach, but set back enough that it avoids most of the noise from the clubs at night. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, and all staff are friendly and helpful. A welcome drink of bubbly was very appreciated! It's adult-only, which we really liked, though others may find there's less entertainment (though we chose it for that reason!). Giving four stars rather than five because they allowed loud thumping music by the pool on some afternoons that could be heard throughout the rooms, and also there's no extractor fan in the bathroom. Otherwise, all good!
