I do not recommend it – a very disappointing experience Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment. The biggest issue was the very disruptive noise caused by ongoing construction work in the area. From our room, we could clearly hear excavators, heavy vehicles and dump trucks coming and going. In addition, there were also sounds of drills and other construction work. The noise significantly affected the comfort of our stay and made it difficult to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. When choosing a hotel, we primarily expected to be able to rest in a calm and comfortable environment. In my opinion, guests should be clearly informed before making a reservation that construction work is still ongoing and that it may involve significant noise. This would allow guests to make an informed decision about whether the conditions are suitable for their stay. I was also not particularly impressed with the service during breakfast. The staff did not seem especially attentive to the guests, and even simple requests did not always receive an appropriate response. In my opinion, the level of service should be better. On the positive side, the food was good and tasty. Overall, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially to anyone looking for peace, quiet and comfortable conditions for a relaxing stay.

We stayed at Falkensteiner Resort Lake Garda beginning August 2 and had an absolutely incredible experience. We knew the resort had opened only about a week before our arrival, so we were a little nervous about what to expect, but everything exceeded our expectations. The staff, service, facilities, pools, restaurants, rooms, spa, and gym were all open, finished, and beautifully done. The rooftop restaurant views are impeccable, and the buffet restaurant had some of the best food we experienced anywhere on our trip. The complimentary breakfast was a true five-star experience every morning, nothing “continental” about it. What stood out most was how well the resort caters to children. It was the best family resort experience we’ve had anywhere. Our kids loved the indoor slides and outdoor pool and honestly refused to leave. After we went to the JW Marriott in Venice, all they talked about was wanting to go back to Falkensteiner. Our room was amazing, though there is still some construction visible if your room faces the outside perimeter. My only suggestion would be adding a regular shuttle or golf cart service to downtown Salò. The lake is an easy walk, but the main shops, restaurants, and ferry pickup are farther, especially with kids and summer heat. Overall, this was a true 10/10 stay. We cannot wait to return. The resort looks modern and beautifully designed. The location near Lake Garda seems peaceful, and the facilities listed, including the rooftop pool and fitness area, make it look like a great choice for a relaxing holiday. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

The new Falkensteiner hotel in Salò is a truly splendid property, furnished with great taste and attention to every detail. Wood, glass, and metal blend harmoniously, creating modern, elegant, and welcoming environments, embellished with high-quality materials. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and furnished with extreme refinement. We had dinner at the Artigiani restaurant, where it is possible to enjoy excellent Neapolitan pizzas, but also meat and fish dishes, vegetables, and a rich selection of desserts. The environment is sophisticated and pleasant, while the staff stands out for their professionalism, courtesy, and constant attention to the guests' needs. The spa, brand new and very spacious, is an authentic oasis of wellness. Special care has also been reserved for families: the little ones can have fun in a dedicated play area and in the beautiful indoor pools with slides. The real gem of the hotel, however, is House of Negroni, the elegant rooftop bar with a wonderful view of the lake. A welcoming and sophisticated environment, perfect for relaxing, conversing comfortably, and sipping excellent cocktails, choosing from different and original variations of the Negroni. A hotel that I highly recommend to those who wish to spend an exclusive stay on Lake Garda, characterized by comfort, taste, and relaxation. We will definitely be back!
