Very authentic, very close to amenities. Spent a day in Florence, a day in Pisa and a local day in Montecatini Terme. Went everywhere by train and always welcomed back by The Boston 10)10 for a shirt breakaway

A wonderful base in Montecatini Terme perfect for exploring the town and area with direct links to Pisa, Lucca and Florence. The hotel was clean and accessible, the staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast offering a great selection to start the day and the adjacent swimming pool perfect to rest weary feet and catch some sun. Only recommendation to visitors would be the street can be noisy if you are a light sleeper (I was fine but my wife needed ear plugs) and you will need to bring/provide your own towel for the swimming pool.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Boston Montecatini Sept 3-9, 2026. All staff were very helpful, professional and went out of their way to make our stay not only comfortable, but very special. Particular mention of night time manager David, who welcomed us and took the time to introduce us to the neighborhood, show us great restaurants and for sightseeing adventures. All managers were extremely helpful and thoughtful, and breakfast staff as well. Will definitely return on my next trip to Tuscany! Thank you Hotel Boston staff for making our trip so wonderful!

Nothing was too much for the staff at Hotel Boston. The hotel has the most authentic feel, sitting out in the terrace for a Prosecco watching the world go by felt idyllic. The roof terrace pool gives the feeling of having found an exclusive little spot over looking the Monticatini Alto… We loved our stay at Hotel Boston, we felt welcomed, safe, and spoilt in how we were looked after. We will absolutely be returning again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boston in Montecatini Terme and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel itself is lovely, with comfortable rooms, great facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere, but what truly made our holiday special was the exceptional staff. A special thank you to Gerti in the restaurant, who looked after us so well throughout our stay. Her warm personality, professionalism, and attention to detail made every meal a pleasure. We would also like to recognise Davide on the night shift, who simply couldn't do enough for us. He was always available to help with any questions or requests, no matter how small, and his friendly nature and dedication to guests really stood out. It's clear that he genuinely cares about ensuring everyone has a fantastic stay. Another big thank you goes to Jelloul at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Jallou was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and their local knowledge, efficiency, and cheerful attitude made a real difference to our experience. The combination of outstanding customer service, genuine hospitality, and a fantastic location made this one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we've had. We would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Boston to anyone visiting Montecatini Terme and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so memorable! 😊
