Ocean Eden Bay

Our Bell man Homeboy was Amazing! The overall service could have been better for handicap people. The 5th floor didn’t provide a swing as the other floors on the balcony. There was no alcohol mini bar like other hotels. The light on the balcony had no way to turn off manually they were on an automatic timer. Not enough carts to move people through the resort.

From check in to check out our expectations were exceeded. Not only was Deondre at check in extremely friendly and helpful. His aid increased our experiences by the ten folds! Don’t ask for him though. We need him to ready and not burnt out during our next visit. We will definitely be back!
