My experience on day 1 has been great! Dedra was a wonderful host and very engaging with the guests. The rooms ate very clean and everyone has been super helpful!

I had a wonderful experience at Ocean Eden Bay Hotel! From the beautiful surroundings to the warm hospitality, my stay was truly memorable. Everything was relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. A special shout-out to my butler Shavaun, who went above and beyond to make my stay special. The attention to detail, kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help whenever I needed something made a big difference. I truly appreciated being taken care of and made to feel like a VIP. Thank you, Ocean Eden Bay, for such a beautiful experience, and especially to my butler for making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway! ❤️🌴✨

The refrigerator was hot inside and never got fixed while we were there. Also the safe didn't work! The steamer for clothes is very dangerous for people as some don't know how to operate it versus an iron. My hubby got a bad burn from it. I suggest irons in the room. People are not friendly! They act like they "hate" their job.

I can’t believe this hotel is still open, it is beyond dreadful. We went for our honeymoon, we were completely dismissed, ignored, hair in all of our food. I have started posting about our experience on social media (tiamacrae_) and have had over 100k views so far of people also being disgusted at this resort, PLEASE check this out before booking here as you will 100% change your mind. I wish I could give this 0 stars, ruined our honeymoon which is meant to be one of the most special weeks of our lives. I’ve complained since and they will not do anything except one night refund which does not cut all the issues raised, I’m taking it further and reporting them to H10s CEO, the Jamaican tourist board, and the consumer affairs commission: that is honestly how bad it is
