Ocean Eden Bay

We just got home today after an absolutely magical week at Ocean Eden Bay, and I honestly wish we had booked a few more days! We stayed on the Eden Bay side in an oceanfront Junior Suite and paid in advance for Privilege. For us, both upgrades were 100% worth it. Waking up to that ocean view every morning has been incredible, and the Privilege cabanas were perfect for a very fair-skinned person who loves the beach but not hours in the sun! We watched the staff hand-rake the beach every morning to remove the seaweed that had washed in overnight, and the beach service kept our drinks flowing while we relaxed, read, and enjoyed the view. Our room was spotless when we arrived on my birthday, complete with a Happy Birthday banner and a special treat. Housekeeping has been wonderful all week. The biggest shout-out goes to our butler, **Ryan**, who has gone above and beyond for us, and to **Natricia at Blue Moon**. My husband became sick during dinner, and we had to leave suddenly. When I asked about taking our meals back to the room, I was initially told it wasn't possible. Natricia took it upon herself to speak with her manager, called our room within 10 minutes, and arranged for Ryan to pick up our meals. About 30 minutes later, our perfectly cooked black pepper-crusted steak, duck breast, and even a sample of the seafood bouillabaisse arrived at our room. THAT is exceptional hospitality. Natricia and Ryan turned a disappointing evening into one we will always remember. And the food! We are foodies and came expecting good resort food, but several meals have been GREAT. The bacon-wrapped green beans at the Steakhouse, the escargot and French onion soup at Blue Moon, the spicy squid in the Privilege Lounge, and the lemon tart at Marlin's were standouts. The Senses dinner show was also fantastic. We also enjoyed a couples massage at the spa—just know that when they say deep pressure, they mean DEEP pressure! 😂 My best advice is to come with an open mind and a warm heart. Smile, say thank you, appreciate the people taking care of you, and tip for good service. A few dollars for drinks, $5 for housekeeping each morning, and a well-deserved tip for your butler go a long way. Would we come back? Probably not—but only because there is too much of the world we still want to see! Would we stay at another H10 property somewhere else in the world? **ABSOLUTELY.** Thank you, Ocean Eden Bay, and especially Ryan and Natricia, for making my birthday week so special. ❤️

Yuck. Not the vacation resort that we were sold on.

Ocean Eden bay Resorts is an amazing vacation destination. The food is top tier, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I will recommend this resort to anyone as a world class vacation resort.

I have spent the past week at Ocean Eden Bay after spending a week last summer at Ocean Coral Springs. As members we were premium privilege level. I highly recommend privilege. We stayed in an oceanfront master privilege suite which was amazing. The room was very spacious and clean and the AC was often cold enough that I actually needed a blanket. Between the privilege restaurant and numerous à la carte options we didn’t really utilize the buffet but I can attest that no one had a bad meal while we were here and some of our party are picky eaters. I cannot say enough about our pool butler MARCO. He was absolutely incredible!!!! He really made us feel special and welcomed and truly made our trip. Make sure to ask for him. Sasha was also a pleasure. Our butlers Kareem and Chevoy were always checking in on us and helpful. Samantha at the privilege lounge was also so sweet making sure to say hi to me by name every time I was in the lounge. The staff overall honestly couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. I cannot wait to return and see our Jamaican family again. I honestly see some of the bad reviews and don’t know how we can be talking about the same place. I consider myself and most in my party critical of resorts and everyone honestly had a wonderful vacation . They can’t wait to go back and tell our other friends how much fun we had and how we need to come back.

Had an enjoyable family vacation. Food was good- we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had specialty restaurants each night. room was very clean. Shoutout to Billy on entertainment for keeping the daytime activities going!
