Francis from the animation team was one of the highlights of the stay! He was always cheerful, friendly, and full of positive energy. He would always ask if you wanted to join an activity or try something new, and he really encouraged you to step out of your comfort zone. He is such a lovely person to be around, and you can always have a great time and lots of laughs with him. His positive attitude and friendliness really made the experience more enjoyable. Thank you, Francis, for being such great company and making the stay even more memorable!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the atmosphere and entertainment at the hotel. A special mention goes to Abdalla from the entertainment team, who was always friendly, attentive and happy to get involved with the guests. He did a great job keeping everyone entertained, whether by playing board games, cards or billiards and simply creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere. His Aqua Gym sessions were also excellent – energetic, well organized and great fun. And if you happen to see him dancing Amapiano, you’ll understand why he deserves an extra mention! He is an incredibly talented dancer and definitely knows how to bring some great energy to the atmosphere. 😊 Overall, Abdalla was a pleasure to have around and contributed a lot to making our holiday enjoyable. Hotel Experience My experience at the hotel was enjoyable and educational. I had the opportunity to observe the hotel’s facilities, services, cleanliness, staff interaction, and overall hospitality. The environment was welcoming and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. I also learned more about how hotels provide accommodation, food, and other services to their guests. Overall, I would rate my experience 8/10 because the visit was comfortable, informative, and gave me a better understanding of hotel operations and customer service.
