Was fidsppointed my favoutite pool was redisgned to shallow pool bringing congestion to the other family pool The ambience around kaskazi and swahili lounge is spectacular My room 4301 is lovely the view of thr ocean is pricdless This time the price was extremely high for me wish u could consider repear clients Our stay was memorable though

The entire stay we felt very taken care of, everyone in the service smiles and the rooms were also taken care of well. I especially want to thank waitress beryl- wonderful woman, and waiter Frederick - really caring!

Absolutely amazing. The rooms are exquisite, the views are beyond what words can explain, the customer service is top notch, genuinely makes me feel like I'm part of the family. The A team are beyond friendly and welcoming. Chef Nicolas and Edwin are always at our table making sure we're satisfied. Sammy makes me feel like I'm his daughter and NEVER turns down a request regardless of how bizarre it may be. Jackson from the A team who is my personal favourite, always makes me feel like a younger sister to him, helping me out in every way. The atmosphere is beyond amazing. The rooms are ALWAYS clean with the complementary ground nuts and fruits, the ever clean towels and endless supply of drinking water. The hotel itself is really clean despite the fact that they are near a beach. The food choices are wonderful and their conscious effort to cater to your needs in the restaurant whether you're vegetarian, pescetarian and vegan. Never once have I complained about the food for the 11 years which I have been there. Genuinely, would recommend it to anyone whether travelling solo, with friends, with family, for work, with a newborn, for your honeymoon etc.

This was a repeat visit. The hotel is consistent in its presentation,cleanliness, timeliness, welcoming of guests. I was very impressed at the dinner we took at the cave. The chef was very keen on individual taste. Great place for kids at the kids club. It always feels like home all the time.I had a room with a sea view which added to the experience
